Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Nice big tub, Quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly I do love the dryer, however, I dont like the wrinkle option. I cant seem to find a way to shut that off. I usually put some clothes in the dryer and then go to bed. And now I cant do that because it will run two hours extra every few minutes for the wrinkle option. Is there a way to shut this off? I have been googling to find answers but have not come up with anything yet. Also I dont like the lint trap being on top of the dryer. It always leave the dryer top covered in dust once I empty the tray. Other then that its a good dryer, My last dryer lasted 35 years. I hope this one lasts as long also.

Basic dryer, no bells and whistles to break down!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Maytag dryer that has good reviews and very little electronics that can shorten the life of the dryer. If Maytag would have stuck to the basic timer for the washer and quit trying to control water levels and energy IWe would have purchased the washer too. Maytag no longer makes a good basic washer that will last years. So my next washer will be speed queen made in USA . It will cost double the price, but I rather support a quality basic machine and keep American workers working. We need to bring back everything made in America then we will better quality on what we buy.

Great dryer - terrible warranty registration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a few weeks ago
I have a friend who is an appliance repair guy and he recommended entry level maytag dryers as the best value option because they are well made and easy to repair. This dryer dries the clothes well and seems well designed. I'm taking a star off because maytag contracts with a wildly unprofessional insurance company for their included warranty. I called to simply register my device and the insurance person would not complete registering it until i agreed to pay for extended warranty. It was absolutely unhinged. You can't extort me for your sales goals!

It works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used this dryer a couple of times so far. It’s new and it does what it’s supposed to do. My only issue is the door. I would have much rather it open top to bottom instead of side to side. My door doesn’t stay open. It always starts to close on me as I’m taking clothes out of the washer to put into the dryer. I also have a small space, and a door that opens top to bottom instead of side to side works a lot better. My old Kenmore dryer opened top to bottom and I really miss it. I bought a Maytag because they’re known for their reliability, but I wish they had a dryer with a different door.

Good Price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a month ago based on recommendation from both online sources and local retailer. . The unit works well I likely would have opted for an upgrade model . The door feels somewhat flimsy. and the lint catcher could have been designed with better durability. The 10 year warranty on certain components was a factor in my decision to purchase the machine. I prefer products that include a least a three year warranty upfront , even at a higher price , rather than relying on a separate extended warranties. Offering only a one year warranty does little to inspire confidence in American buyers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the dryer over a month ago and find that it is doing a great job drying our clothes and other items.
I have however, one big problem. The top of the dryer is not flat (in fact it is bevelled) thus things that we put on the top have a tendency to slide off the front ( for example a half fulled 32 oz container of clothes soap that fell and ran nicely into our flour drain) . I could tilt the dryer by raising the front legs higher but that would affect how the clothes tumble in the dryer. Any suggestions? My thought is to put a magnetic strip on the front, effectively stopping items from sliding off.

Spacious Dryer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very spacious dryer that is easy to use. Three knobs is all it takes to get started. First you select the temperature (high, med or low), then you have the choice of auto dry or timed dry. Lastly, you can turn the dial to either signal you or not, when the load is done drying. The door opening is large and allows for easy access to load and remove clothes. My large load of clothes dries easily in one cycle. There is a wrinkle prevention feature too, that helps reduce wrinkles. The lint trap is located on the top for easy access. Overall, it's a great easy to use dryer that gets the job done efficiently!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this set for about two weeks. I am convinced that your design engineer is a man or a woman who has never washed clothes before. The tops are slanted so you cannot set things on top. The lock option? On the washer is totally unnessary. If you forget to put something in you cannot open to add it. I like to put my detergent in and RINSE OUT THE LID instead of having to put it back on the container with soap still in it. We had Maytags for years and have always been happy and recommended them wholeheartedly to friends. Not anymore. I am so disappointed
