Maytag appliances have not lived up to their rep!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our washer & dryer set 7 months ago. The washer has never worked right. I have had a repairman out once to unclog the drain and now, just a week later, it is not draining again.
The dryer sounds like it is running down and will only get things dry on one cycle and even then I have to keep re-setting it. We are NOT happy with these products at all and expected much more from Maytag! I am waiting on the repairman to come and look at the dryer now.
We are highly frustrated that we bought supposedly-top-of-the-lime appliances and yet still have to make trips to the laundromat!

It’s pet pro and removes hair very well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer! It does an amazing job of removing dog hair with the power and pet pro button! I love the app that syncs with your phone! I do not like that for several preset options you cannot just add the pet pro option and I haven’t figured out how to solely just run pet pro to remove hair solely because the dryer stops when it senses it’s dry. I wouldn’t call the vent exceptionally large and it took several tries to sync my machine to my phone. I have to give it one less star because I feel like this removes pet hair well but lacks other amenities and user friendliness.

Not the quality it should be
After 5 months of use some of the pieces on the door, which somehow allow a sensor to know the door is closed and a cycle can start; and dryer lint flaps broke today. The whole PET PRO is a sham. The washer doesn't trap any more hair than my 20 year old LG did. The rubber seal is not smooth, almost tachy and the hair does not wipe off easily. The dryer lint catch is so loosely sealed, I am pretty sure more is leaving the dryer and ending in the vent than being trapped. Worst washer dryer purchase in my 40 years of purchasing washers and dryers.

Dryer Bangs when drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Maytag washer and dryer set. Dryer makes a very loud banging noise when drying. Dryer was replaced and second dryer also makes same loud banging noise. Now a repair person coming to look a brand new dryer to determine the issue. You can feel the dryer drum bang against the side when drying like it is off balance. Have never dried anything but clothes garments and towels since I purchased. Frustrated with product.

Top quality dryer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has my whole heart. First, the SILENCE. This unit is so quiet I forget it's running until the app notifies me that my clothing is dry. Second, the sensing of the clothing to determine how long it needs to dry is so useful and I can count on the clothing actually being dry when the cycle is complete. The light inside the drum is so bright and makes it much easier to see in the dryer. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 months in and the dryer is working well without any issues. Effectively dries clothes without getting them too hot, and capacity is large enough to easily handle bedding. The white interior however is scuffed up, not sure why they didn't go with stainless steel instead. The blue exterior finish is holding up well, despite us storing things on top. But do be careful because these things are easy to dent.
Overall - we're happy with the Maytags. Not perfect, but it adequately serves its main function of drying clothes well and has lots of different settings. Wish it was a bit quieter during operation, but if it holds up over the next 5-10 years, I would highly recommend.

Excellent Modern Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very happy with this dryer. It seems to have all the bells and whistles and provides and endless number of options for drying. The machine is veery quiet and does an excellent job dying clothing and other articles. My four-star rating is based solely on the blue tooth and WIFI options, neither of which I have been able to make work. These are simple processes, but this machine will not connect to either, even when the blue tooth is present next to the machine. Not a deal breaker, as it appears, from reading, that these features shut off every time you are finished with them and you have to re-establish contact every time. Fine for Blue Tooth, but not good with WIFI.
