Maytag 24 Inch Built In Full Console Dishwasher

Washes and dries dishes well but some minor complaints. Detergent dispenser is a little too small to fit detergent cubes making lid hard to close. Print identifying cycles on front of machine, etc.

I bought this dishwasher for about 2 weeks and I can't believe how good it is, replacing older model different brand and I'm very happy I did, very powerful it cleans anything you put in it, very quiet you don't even know it's running, the only thing that could of been better is the operation lights...

The water spray arms are very cheaply made. One layer light weight metal and wiggle to a lite touch. The upper rack is very shallow, making it necessary too put tall glasses in bottom, which has very short support posts to allow leaning glass and for as tall as the space is between bottom and top...

To be honest, I really wanted a more expensive dishwasher, but the budget did not allow that. I thought I skimped on noise level with this dishwasher, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is.

The first issue I have is as I'm working at my counter I keep turning the dishwasher on with my stomach. Finally found the "control button" which locks the controls on the front. So far it works great. I read the few complaints before I bought it such as drying rate and the piercing light that comes from the panel. So i decided to use the rinse aide and a good quality dish washing soap/pods. It does kind of have a piercing light. But washes and dries the dishes very well.

It's quieter than our last dishwasher which we like very much. We are getting used to the utensil holder being inside and not on the door like our other one. It takes up more room in the new one so we can't put in bowls and larger dishes. The top drawer has some interesting designs to it as well.
