I have had the most shocking experience with this tripod. I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years and i have never encountered a tripod as terrible as this Manfrotto.

This is a great little tripod. Compared to my other camera gear, this is like a feather. If using in high wind environments, a weight would be needed for sure. I would have no problem carrying the with me no matter where I go.

Extremely lightweight, compact, and sturdy tripod; but I wish it had come with a better ballhead. The included ballhead has no panning or friction adjustment and no level. When I used it with a ~6 lb load (tele zoom with tripod foot on mirrorless camera), the camera would always seem to slip ever so...

This is a highly functional and compact tripod. It is very strong and stable given its weight. My only complaint is that it supposed to have two plates and there was only one in the package. I did not realize this until rather late. I had purchased it to use on a up coming trip.

I need a tripod that can be hand-carried while traveling. This is the one! Carbon fiber makes it light in weight but stronger than aluminum. I comes in a nice customized carrying bag which is one of the feature I like the most; and a light/simple head. This tripod is ready to use.

I travel a lot so it being so lightweight and portable is a huge plus for me. The original tripod head wasn't to my liking but I switched it out for one with a pistol grip which is what I'm used to using. The legs became loose over time, but I was able to just tighten them using a hex screwdriver.

Tripod outstanding, Ball head the worse. Tried with RX10 lll where the ball head would not hold. Had to lock high allowing for slippage. From a travel standpoint, compacts easily to a small package
