Manfrotto 1051BAC-3 Alu Mini Stand - Pack of 3 - 6.75 (2m)

I have 4 of these. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is due to their small footprint. It would be nice if they opened up a bit wider. I have not used them outdoors with a modifier - but indoors with Westcott Rapid Boxes they are good.

These are great, they were a little smaller than I expected but overall, I kept them because they would fit well in my suitcase. I love the new interlocking legs. (Took me a few tries to figure it out). Everything is compact and tidy.

Okay, there have been some reviews that these stands are not very stable because of the small footprint, light weight, etc. But the word mini in the heading is a clue: these are not designed for an Apollo 43 Orb.

Well designed, well made, very compact when folded.

I own three of the earlier model of mini stands that did not feature air cushioning. Having the air cushion is definitely a plus even though it comes at the expense of making each section a little longer.

Very good product and very reliable. It is a great stuff that you can clip them together for easiness of handling.

With one sandbag, this things kills it. Best value around in a world where lighting gets lighter every year.The bags are 10 pebble sacks. The lightning includes things like PhotoLightBoxes.com and Lume Cubes.If you find a better deal in our new light weight world, speak up.

I photograph homes for sale, and use my light stands every day, maybe up to 4-5 homes a day. But this these light stands only lasted 2 years, and actually never really held my flashes correctly without slowly moving downwards (I made sure that the screws were tightened properly).

These stands are very different from what I'm used to using, but they have worked out great. The flat stacking feature is a big deal for packing.

I have these same stands in the 9ft size and they are great, so I wanted to get smaller ones too. The problem with the 6.75' ones are not in the quality or the height, as smaller standes are often needed.
