I purchased this mic as an external mic for my laptop to be used during zoom meetings. This mic has worked excellently and has a far reach is reach. I tested it at 15 feet and the pickup was still heard. It beats the mic on a camera or laptop. Great choice!
If you use Skype, SIP, GTALK or some other VOIP for audio conferencing you will love this. No more headset, and no more sound problems.
Great Sound Quality, Well Built, Built in Sound Card
Supplied USB cord low quality.
My built-in microphone and other audio microphones did not cooperate well with Microsoft Teams. This USB microphone provides a clear sound, and i have found myself using Teams a lot more. It is a great tool, but only with the correct hardware. This mic did it.
I bought this after watching a few youtube reviews. This Mic has the obvious advantage of being something you can put on your desk and it captures audio from all directions. Perfect for work Zoom/Discord calls.
Very happy with this mike, though I wish it came with a longer chord.
We bought this for larger conference meetings and it worked great.
We bought this mic for blended online/offline meetings as some board members became willing to meet in person, and others remain remote. The audio boost was exactly what was needed, and did not require any sophisticated set up.
I wanted to offer a hybrid meeting option, where some people were in a room, socially distanced, and others were on zoom. I needed a mic that would work for a large room, and this one did the trick.
