Lo speaker si vede che è fatto da materiali di qualità ed emette un suono potente e chiaro le uniche cose che si dovrebbero migliorare sono la durata della batteria che alla massima potenza lo speaker dura circa 5 ore con batteria al 100% e sarebbe meglio se marshall implementasse un servizio di cambio della batteria ,una volta che essa si sia invecchiata, per una cifra ridotta, in questo modo si eviterebbe di comprare un nuovo speaker. La seconda cosa è che gradirei più funzioni nell' app come poter gestire volume, alti e bassi ed escludere o riaccendere i vari speakers quando sono in stak mode, oppure spegnere e accendere lo speaker da telefono.

Love it but..
I love the Middleton. It’s my third Marshall speaker I have now. It’s a nice balance between my Emberton and Kilburn when I want something quite portable with some good thump. But I do have one suggestion which you should seriously look into and investigate. When one is playing music with quite a wide range and it’s cranked up pretty loud, there’s a rather bizarre, borderline distorted sound that occurs. I’ve seen this mentioned in a number of reviews on YouTube. The good news is you can easily fix this through firmware. I can provide a music track name to validate if you wish. Please address this. It’s the only reason I didn’t go 5 stars on the review.

Bigger brother of my emberton
Dear Marshall engineering team
I really appreciate your excellent job you did for developing this small perfectness.
The smaller brother Emberton which we have since years is with us when we spend time around the house in the garden. Its sound is like the velvet to ears, soundprofile perfectly fits to our taste.
Sound presser was low when we had garden party with louder noise, so this upgarde with Middletion will provide the perfekt sound backgound for us during these events from now on.
Thanks a lot again and have fun with future audio profile design and experimentális in your lab.

Middleton is almost great!
Great speaker sound, good size and price is a lot but quality of the speaker is worth it. The only flaw and its a big one, (I don't know how this got past the testing stage) is the on off button is incorporated into the volume controls/change tracks/on/off power button. A sort of flat toggle where you have to hold down the button for two seconds for it to go on or off. Half the time when I want to turn it off I end up changing the volume or the track. I love having the volume the same when I turn on the Middleton, unlike the Kilburn II where the volume varied since its level was tied to the on off (but at least it was a nice on/off knob, not a hold down for 2 seconds thingy). Anyway, great sound, just make the on/off button separate.

A GAME CHANGER
Purchased this beautiful bit of kit just a couple of days ago to replace my emberton 2 which I still love but I needed more volume for partying and was gob smacked on the what this beautiful speaker can deliver.
Absolutely stunning sound with a great battery and I like the idea of not having to sell my old Emberton 2 as it will link to my new speaker to add even more volume .
The Marshall App is a bonus to improve your sound .
If I would like to see any improvements then maybe Marshall could use Copper and brass to make the ultimate looking speaker.

What is it?
What is it about Marshall speakers? They have something special, all of them, and the Middleton is no different. I was looking for a replacement of my old JBL Flip that I never really loved. It’s no comparison. The design, function, battery life, and most of all the sound quality is just top notch. I’m baffled by the punchlines of the bass, and it makes all the guitars, strings, and keyboards SO silky and real. It almost feels live sometimes. I dunno what they do but their Bluetooth speakers are as special as their guitar cabs.

Baddest of the Bad
There are a few of us that hang in the outskirts of our favorite waterhole here in Florida. Management allows us to play our own music. I have had many people come over to see where the “real” music is coming from. The sound is nothing short of mind-blowing! I’m so impressed, I will be ordering a second one shortly. (If I have one thing I would like to see on the Middleton is a stereo mode for two speakers for left and right. Otherwise, minds are blown! Great job Marshall!! ~~Denny

The loudest portable?
Given I've been using the Emberton II since it's launch I was expecting a beefcake punchier version to blow down the doors. The Middleton though is a refined big brother with an overall cleaner stereophonic sound that is satisfying across the board. The extra components reflect the shorter battery life, particularly at 70% plus volume but balanced against a sweeter, purer sound ( yet still recognisable as Marshall sound ) it offers joy. Looking forward to powering it up outdoors.
