Flipside questionable, only one way to fit camera
It has plenty of room for my 2 cameras Canon t2i with 18-270 zoom and Sony A6000 with Sony 18-200 zoom and gear. I am about five feet six (5'6") and hat the shoulder straps were extended to the max before it was come forts le which put the chest strap at my neck.
Bought, used (so it's probably the 1st version), to "replace" my AW350 because it is (or should be!) bigger - but it's actually not!

Less usable than my AW350 & fewer "pockets"
Have not had it long or used it much but it is the usual Lowepro great quality. I am 6'3" and find the pack to fit comfortably with the waist belt fastened. Fits good amount of gear and accessories. Couldn't beat the price.
I currently have filled the main compartment with the following:

Yes. Easily accessible for equipment and lightweight. I was sold there. Not to mention it's reasonably priced. My wife enjoys the bag, needed something easier to carry all her equipment for different shoots.
I like this bag. I bought it because it is a 450 size yet less expensive that the standard back opening bag. This is a flip bag so it opens on the back, which enables it to be more secure when you are wearing it.
I am planning on using this for a trip to Utah. Since there are many hiking trails this seemed to fit my needs. It is very flexible and can handle large lenses. So much in fact that the weight full loaded will shock you. The backpack can handle it if you can.
Generally its a great bag. Protects your kit well. Just a about spacious enough inside. Though there is a vast difference between this 400 and the Flipside 500. There are some downsides however: I would've preferred the front pouch to be slightly bigger.
This is a quality camera bag. While accommodating a 150-500mm lens fitted to a full frame body with ease, the lens barrel mounted tripod bracket stood proud, and when the bag was worn on the body, the bracket could be felt through the bag into the small of the back.
