Logitech Wireless Trackball

For anyone who has never held, let alone used a trackball, the M570 is going to look odd. It looks like a large mouse with a large gumball attached to it. Its main function is to provide a stable and highly comfortable grip for your hand while your thumb moves a small ball.

This mouse is the sickest thing ever. I have been sadly working from home on a dammed computer for 8 hours a day and I was tired of moving my whole arm and wrist every second whenever I moved the mouse. This is a stationary mouse and use's the trackball, really really nice and minimal movements.

Mouse is super lightweight and does not feel/seem premium... hence the price. I do have some concerns about the small pads on the bottom that keep you from sliding the mouse: until you get used to a trackball, you will naturally try to slide it around like a laser one; and the small pads may come...

Love the mouse, Works great! Intend to buy another, but as mentioned, the ball seems slow. Replaced it with a red ball from my older trackman wheel, and now it feels great. Logitech should have modified the scrolling wheel to expand right/left, like many of their wireless mices.

I've always preferred trackballs over mice and trackpads, but they've become difficult to find. I needed a new one for a MacBook Air and wanted to try a wireless trackball, even though I was nervous about jittery control and short battery life I've seen in older wireless trackballs.

I've had this brand of wireless mouse before but it wore out over time. I got another one when I was finally tired of yanking my wired trackball mouse off the sofa every time I got up (and countless time with a flashlight finding the trackball that always popped out!

Been using the Logitech M570 for years. Track balls are fast and require less effort. Replace an exact item which was betting a bit finicky and new batteries didn't help. But this is most functional mouse for my purposes so here I am again ... and again.
