It’s not very good
Pros: lets me control my PC from the couch and has a useful mouse button at the top left corner, for holding the keyboard like a big gamepad.
Cons: keys are really squishy, no backlight, trackpad gesture controls don’t work in all windows apps, two-finger scrolling jumps multiple lines when starting to scroll (this is the intended behavior from this device), uses disposable batteries, feels incredibly cheap.
This fit my requirement for a combination keyboard and touchpad, but it is not pleasant to use. If Logitech made an MX (high quality) keyboard with this form factor and a trackpoint under the touchpad, I would buy one in a heartbeat.

Works, but the trackpad is frustrating.
I bought this to use to control my TV (which is just a Windows PC) from the couch. It works I guess.
There weren't too many options with an integrated trackpad and media keys. I like the small size and Logitech unified receiver (I have other decides that use it) and the price was good.
I get occasional double keystrokes, and the trackpad is hard to use. I don't know if the trackpad is just cheap (low resolution capacitive sensors) or if it's struggling to maintain a connection over 8 feet line of sight to the receiver. Either way, it's frustrating and slow to point anywhere, but it works just well enough that I'll keep using it and I won't return it or look for a replacement.

OK for some application, just not home theater.
Over all it works and performs ok. It is very light and has the feel of being "cheap", like if dropped just once, you would have a pile of pieces.
I tried it as a multi media kb, attached to my theater computer. Without the multi media keys separated out (had to use f keys) it was difficult to quickly pause.
For scrolling, you need 2 fingers on the touchpad, which if used on a table or desk is easy, but holding, was difficult.
If you just want a cheaper keyboard for travel or school, this is probably it, however, i do not recommend this keyboard for multimedia/home theater applications.

It's compact, but has lots of software issues
The keyboard itself is fine for what it is. Wireless works fine and the size is good for the living room. The software kills this thing however. To configure it, you need a nearly 400 MB application that does nearly nothing, but if you want to switch the function keys to actually be function keys, you need to run that software. That software often crashes, meaning the volume controls and function keys will stop working until I restart the bloated software. Super annoying if you're watching a movie or something. Also, the trackpad is barely usable. It's not very accurate and it has no multi touch gesture support aside from two finger scrolling. It would be so much more useful if you could do three- or four-finger gestures. I would not buy this keyboard again and wish I hadn't in the first place.

This keyboard is extremely useful for testing/building different PCs. So convenient compared to dragging around individual mice and keyboards. Pretty much any PCs that aren't in a long-term desk situation, this is a must have. They are fantastic for media center pc's. It is wife tested and approved . The keyboard has survived many drops from a height of as much as 5 feet onto to a hard wood floor . For the price, it is one of the best wireless keyboards I have found ..Just buy it .

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a computer hooked up to my home theatre system I wanted a small keyboard and mouse to be able to sit away and have a remote like experience. This so a great addition. Sold connection and a built in track pad so no losing one component. Compact enough to set on an end table or keep away from the kids. Just a great product. Wish I could have found something a bit smaller, but this does the trick all the same.

It gets the job done
It's an okay, inexpensive keyboard that I'm using for a media computer hooked up to my TV. It does the job, but it is extremely flimsy feeling. I had a similar logitech wireless keyboard probably 15 years ago that had a much more sturdy feel, and I was hoping it would be the same but it's not nearly as good. The trackpad tracks well, that's definitely worth mentioning. It's a solid 3 stars; it gets the job done but it's nothing exceptional.

Logitech could improve this
It does what it says on the tin, it's just a shame that Logi hasn't updated or iterated on this concept in years. Sitting next to the MX wireless keyboards it feels like a cheap toy, and since the AAA batteries will need to be replaced eventually, it's a big downgrade. But it's the only real option available for a keyboard/touchpad combo, so what choice did I have?
