The Leica Summarit-M 50mm f/2.5 is a lens for enthusiasts. Its execution is next to perfect and you can feel that it was made with passion rather than task-work and that's despite the rather "low" price tag for a Leica lens.
A very well performing lens, even at aperture fully open. I use it on M9 (digital) and also older M5 and M6 analog cameras and have been always extremely pleased with the results. Superior sharpness, no visible distortions, very flare-resistant in opposite light. The max.
