LG WT7150CW 5.8 cu. ft. 27 Inch Top Load Washer

We researched a lot of washers. We chose this brand and model because of the features and brand reputation. We have been trying out the different wash cycles and still having trouble with the lack of water in the loads. We have used the added water feature, but sometimes it puts in too much water.

I was having trouble following the directions in the Owners Manuel and could only get it to use the normal selection. We called LG support and the rep. was very nice to walk me thru the steps. She was speaking slowly enough for me to understand her. English was not her native tongue Im guessing.

It took a couple of weeks to get it but once I did, I have been very happy with it. I am a 70-year-old woman, and I was able to install this all on my own. I love how quite it is and the timer on it to let me know how long the cycle will take and how much time is left on it.

My old washer just wasn't cutting it any more so got this LG. It has been wonderful. Love that it uses less water and is energy efficient! I am amazed the tub is so large I can get my bedding in it with no trouble. It is quiet and has a pleasant alarm when it is done. I love it!

I am very happy with my new washer. I do wish it had a “permanent press” cycle. Instead you have to choose between Normal and Delicate. I think some items (in particular men’s shirts) would do better in a Permanent Press cycle. (The Normal is a bit too harsh but the Delicate not quite enough).

  ease of use

Love this set! There are some tricks to using a washer without an agitator and a dryer with smart settings.Small loads, set the washer to heavy soiled. This will ensure they don’t have dry spots.For the dryer turn off the entertainment saving of loads are not fully drying or use timed drying.

First time weve had a new washer and wow what a difference The ability to select from all the different settings is great. How hot how cold. Length of cycles. So easy to do loads now. But the best is the size of the drum. Instead of two loads it can now be done in one. Saves time saves water.

I don't usually leave reviews for products or appliances but I felt compelled to for this LG washer. I didn't realize how bad my old washer was until I got this one. So much quieter and quicker. I actually feel like my clothes are cleaner if that's possible.

The new washer is very quiet. Washes Clothes very well. I like the timer feature which give you a general idea how long the wash will take so you can plan for other choirs and no when to come back to take the clothes out of the washer and put in the clothes dryer.
