This washer is awesome! Love the fact that it's a top-loader, with NO AGITATOR to get in the way, so I can wash big comforters, king-size mattress pads; gets your wash super clean, spreads your laundry evenly with a sensor, glass slow-closing/opening top, and the washing is extremely quiet.

The washer works reasonably well, but I am disappointed that all of the wash options aside from normal use extra water. I'd like a low water level wash perma-press cycle and an option of using a low speed spin on normal.

We purchased a new LG washer and dryer earlier this month. We were impressed with the information we received about LG . We do own an LG refrigerator and that experienced swayed our decision to go with LG. My wife loves the ease to set up a wash load and the dryer as well.

Sheets tend to get twisted. I tried using the bedding setting for just sheets to prevent this from happening but it uses a lot of water and put the machine off balance in the spin. To rebalance itself it automatically did a 2nd rinse to redistribute the laundry in the tub.

I've had my washer for three years and I always used the delicate cycle to wash my laundry. I decided to use the normal was cycle and I regret it. I used less than a small load of laundry soap and my black shirts has white residue left on them after the load was done.

Very quiet smooth and I think is of very high quality. My previous washer of another brand was loud shook like crazy and only lasted about four years. Only time will tell how well this one last and does its job but for right now I am very happy with it.

I bought this in June and I'm still not sure if I like it. I find it hard to believe that my sheets and towels are really getting clean when they are not actually submerged under water.I wish the cute little music at the end was louder. I usually don't hear it over the TV.

After 25 years I replaced my old washer with the LG WT7000CW. I was a bit intimidated at first by all the electronic features but after using this for awhile I am highly impressed. When I saw the first load I was astonished at how little water was needed.

Bought this to replace an old agitator washer. Hands down this is the best thing to happen to the house in years: The washer uses a lot less water yet cleans everything you toss into it. For sheets and bedding, use the bedding cycle.The spin cycle is fast and removes the water.
