I bought this a month ago to replace my front loading washer. It seems we never were able to keep the old washer from smelling bad. I must admit, I was watching the new one intently as it was filling up with water I never thought would be enough - surprise, laundry came out clean and so far no smell

This washer is awesome Love the fact that its a top-loader with NO AGITATOR to get in the way so I can wash big comforters king-size mattress pads gets your wash super clean spreads your laundry evenly with a sensor glass slow-closing/opening top and the washing is extremely quiet.

The washer works reasonably well, but I am disappointed that all of the wash options aside from normal use extra water. I'd like a low water level wash perma-press cycle and an option of using a low speed spin on normal.

The actual function of the machine seems to be ok. I am able to wash my clothes and I'm fairly satisfied with the cleanliness of the clothes.My disappointment lies in my inability to use the app to control the machine. I rolled the instructions and I downloaded the thin q app, but it won't connect.

  Performance

Sheets tend to get twisted. I tried using the bedding setting for just sheets to prevent this from happening but it uses a lot of water and put the machine off balance in the spin. To rebalance itself it automatically did a 2nd rinse to redistribute the laundry in the tub.

I had a previous front-load LG washer that lasted 28 years. This one unfortunately does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side. I have to push the laundry under the water by pausing the wash, then start it up again.

  Performance

Very quiet smooth and I think is of very high quality. My previous washer of another brand was loud shook like crazy and only lasted about four years. Only time will tell how well this one last and does its job but for right now I am very happy with it.

Cleans exceptional well.Spins to almost dry.Cloths dried in half the time .Very quiet.alot of functions.Worth every cent I paid.When my dryer dies I will get another LG.

After 25 years I replaced my old washer with the LG WT7000CW. I was a bit intimidated at first by all the electronic features but after using this for awhile I am highly impressed. When I saw the first load I was astonished at how little water was needed.

We've had this LG washer for a month now, and wow, what a difference from our old Samsung washer. This one does everything we need it to, was very easy to use right after hooking it up, and it is quiet and efficient. We haven't owned LG appliances before but are glad we went with this washer.
