A better way to top load
I bought it a month ago and love its features! It gets clothes very clean and has many energy savings options. Also, it's relatively quiet for a top loading washer, so it's a 10 in my book.

I am in love with this washer. I love how large the drum is. Before we bought this I would sometimes have to wash two loads of towels, etc., because I could not fit them in my washer in one load, and that one had a decent size drum. This drum is HUGE and holds a ton.

I bought this to replace a defective unit that was part of a recall. When they couldn't get a replacement part until 2018, LG sent us a check to get a new washer. Since we really liked the washer (quiet and got just about everything out), we decided to get the newer version of the same model.

This is a huge improvement from the old washer we had when we bought our house. The clothes come out very clean, and almost dry -- the washer does a great job of getting the water out. I love not having the pole in the middle, my bras and other clothes no longer get caught and tangled.

affordable, efficient, elegant, high tech, quiet
I purchased the Washer about six weeks ago from Sam's Club.com.(The best wholesale club.) My new LG washer has been great so far.I wash fewer loads due to the tub size in this washer and I love the option to use more water while washing. Its the best of both worlds.
I bought this washer about a month ago when my old one finally broke down after 14 years. So far it has worked great. You have a lot of control over the wash cycle with lots of different options.
Love the huge tub and the quietness of this washer.

Style/Design, Performance
I have been using this for about 6 weeks now. Bought at Lowes due to the 30 day return if not satisfied. I wasn't happy about using HE as I really don't think they clean as well, and I REALLY didn't want the long wash times.

Bought this ten months ago. Good combination of features and price. It is definitely a water saver and has always checks for a balanced the load. Quiet enough. Good setup by Lowes delivery crew. We are well satisfied. Also bought matching electric dryer which also works well
