A washer that works as hard as I do

The drum is no joke, king bedding, comforters, oversized towels, all in one shot. I’m a big fan of the touchscreen, is clean and intuitive, no fumbling through confusing menus. ezDispense is the real standout, fill the reservoir once and it automatically doses the right amount of detergent, i don’t have to be measuring every time. This machine just works, and it makes laundry day feel effortless.

Really Disappointed
I am really disappointed in the washers performance. I loved my old washer and dryer, we moved, so I bought the top of the line. I focused on large capacity. I don’t like that there is no bleach compartment and having the soap and softener preloaded makes it impossible to switch between laundry products. I am also disappointed in the amount of stains that remain on our clothes after washing them. My whites aren’t getting white and towels don’t smell fresh. So expensive and I’m soooo disappointed.

From the door the dispenser “ door open issue started. Secondly, I am not sure what LG was thinking by not including liquid bleach in the dispenser.. This move is awful and insensitive.

If only it worked!
Washes well. Many cool features, IF it worked. Sometimes has trouble getting loads balanced for rinse/ spin cycles, but it eventually does. Always displays " Low Fabric Softener", EVEN WHEN FULL AND CLEANED OUT. Must crouch down to read details on display. Not very bright at brightest setting, and narrow viewing angle. Also, must get on knees to refill dispensers. Guess I'm stuck w it since there appears to be no fix for the eZ- dispense problem. I've had 2 replacement drawers installed. Last one also had problem with detecting detergent.

So Pretty and Work So Good!
The design is so pretty and looks very luxury! My friends all say it’s so beautiful. I didn’t think it will work this good because some reviews not so good, but really it’s amazing. I like it so much and I want to tell my friends to buy too!

Quiet, Pretty Combo that works great for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend of mine works at LG so I thought I would try this washer and dryer combo out to see if it was as good as he claimed. Well, the items are beautiful and really dress up a laundry room. Super quiet and the app is nice when I have to step away and monitor loads. Both the washer and dryer hold a lot so I can often consolidate multiple loads into one. I've read the other reviews about the detergent dispensing drawer but I use the washing pods so I don't really experience that ever. So far so good on my side, hopefully you experience it the same.

Insanely noisy spin cycle with hammering noise
The washer is designed very poorly; when it spins the entire door visibly bulges out and makes a loud noise. 5 attempts at repairing it and the resolution from LG was that this is how the unit is. I had many washers in my life and while I do enjoy the auto-dispenser, having the unit hammer loudly throughout my entire home during each spin cycle makes this model absolutely terrible, don’t buy.

What a huge tub you have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother is an LG employee, and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. However, these are my personal opinions and not those of LG.
This washer is HUGE or as people from New York say "YUGE". With 6 kids, I went from 8 loads a week for my family to 3 just to separate colors. That is efficiency. It's got all the modern features you want and while the price tag is a little spendy, almost all appliances are these days. But, again, if you can do fewer loads that saves time and money. I didn't find it overly loud or clunky, but my old washer was... well, old. So comparison might not be fair.
