Wow!! What an incredible Wash tower!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond impressed by everything this machine has to offer. We got the unit to replace a very aged stacked unit and I cannot stop doing loads of laundry. It’s quiet, soooooo quiet, can be filled up to was huge loads, and has so many options for washing and drying with even more on the LG ThinQ app on my phone. We are not fans of washer/dryer buzzers, this one is more pleasant and we have since turned it off and I get notifications on my phone to let me know a cycle has finished. I can’t say enough about this machine other than if you are even ThinQing about it you should buy it right away!

I love everything about my l. G wash tower.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have liked everything about my l. G wash tower, it performs very well. It's gentle on my clothing, I like this selection of cycles and the delay feature. The dryer works very well for me. However, I do notice sometimes that there are drips of water coming out of the dryer door going down onto the computer. So I clean the dryer door seal and that seems to help. I clean it every time I use it.

We love the laundry on the main floor! ... but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part we love the LG Washer and Dryer tower! We are having an unexpected problem though. We are getting blue dye stains on the white laundry! At first I thought it was from the Tide Downy pods we were using. When I switched to a white powder laundry detergent we kept getting blue dye marks on our clothes. We are going to try the product A Fresh tabs to clean the machine - as recommended by our appliance company. It would be highly unlikely that we left a pen or marker in our clothes - and why would this continue load after load? Any more suggestions to fix this problem???

I am loving this washtower!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product since December and do about 3 loads of laundry a week. I have washed everything from delicates to heavy bedding and the machine is handling all extremely well. I think the delicate setting does not spin enough water out of the spin cycle so I am trying to learn how to change that. Another hint is to set all sheets and towels on bedding. If the wash is set to normal then the wash cycle is over an hour long. Set to bedding changes it to a manageable 55 mins. Both the washer and dryer are very quiet. The dryer does a great job of drying towels in about 50 mins.

Compact unit and very smart style!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the unit a few weeks, but appreciate the sleek design and quiet operation. I am disappointed that the settings for each load-type in the washer and dryer can't be adjusted. (e.g., can't change the temperature or spin speed for a Normal Wash or a Small Load dry.) I was also used to having an Express Wash option, where the temperature and spin speed were adjustable in a shorter wash cycle. (ie, minimally dirty clothes only need a quick wash). The LG Small Load and Delicates selections aren't good substitutes.

At first glance I was a bit intimidated by the controls but after reading the manual I found them surprisingly easy. I also connected it to the Thinq app, which turned out to be a convenient bonus. By using to the recommended small amount of HE laundry detergent my laundry comes out exceptionally clean. Doing laundry has become a fun experience and the unit adds a stylish touch to my utility room. I highly recommend the LG Washtower — it's a purchase I'm extremely satisfied with.

Omg get it! You won't regret it!!
