Nice add-on, replacing the pedestal with a functional small washer. Does a nice job with a small loads like gym clothes etc, but it would be even nicer if LG could add an auto softener dispenser instead of having to catch the machine chime near the end of the cycle to add it manually.

This is great for when you just have a couple delicate things to wash, or need something washed when you don`t have a full load. Saves hand washing. So glad I spent the extra money!

I have had the sidekick for a couple weeks and have used it much more then i thought i would. It washes in a little over 30 minutes and clothes come out smelling and looking great. It is very quiet I have been washing my work blouses in it and my slacks and jeans in my larger washer.

I purchased the sidekick to go along with my LG washer. At first I wasnt sure how much use the sidekick would get well I was wrong I use it everyday. A small but mighty washer. The direct drive motor is a plus with fewer moving parts. It also features a stainless steel drum.

Its still hard to use 1 tsp of detergent for a load in the sidekick it just doesnt seem like you are using enough detergent but you are! Clothes come out clean. I am glad that I purchased this during promotion. Its great when you want to do a small load which I do quite often.
