This is my first projector. I've been shopping for one for a few years but couldn't find the right option. I have a whole house Sonos system so going back to a traditional AV Receiver was not an option for me. With it's optical output, this was a great solution.
Right out the box everything looks great easy to set up but the image was not that good it was blurry no matter what I do or adjust did a reset and nothing so after messing with it for over a week I return it And I end it up getting a epson 2045 and wow that is a great projector and cheaper
Regarding picture brightness and contrast:LG suggests this model is well-suited to throwing a 100-inch image. In a dark room it can even go bigger and still look good depending on your chosen screen (avoid high gain screens). For our room an 80-inch picture is ideal for the available space.
If you ever wanted to watch sports or a movie on a really large screen at home you will understand the attraction of this compact, high quality LG projector. No need for a ceiling mount with a bunch of wires running to it, and no need for a real noisy fan.
Lighting in the room is an issue with projectors. If you must have some light in your room then the picture's contrast and color will always be less than ideal. Projectors have always struck me as rather useless in the living room or den where we normally watch TV and movies.
We bought it for the living room, and it is perfect! Quality, colors, sound, size, really light, etc. Really easy to use, good price, I hope it will still work in few years ;)
I needed a projector for a function where there was no place for a screen or a table far in front to place a projector at a usually required distance. I was desperate and found this under the search of ultra short throw projector and it certainly is.
Very impressed with the product (for what I paid for it) and much smaller than I expected and throws a great image BUT very disappointed to discover this is yet another product crippled by LG that has reduced functionality in the UK.
Great product for the money. Best in a darker room to get the full HD. Keeps good definition upto 100" can definitely recommend
This is my first projector. To set my scenario clearly, I have a 65 I'm Samsung qled 4k tv, but my crazy twin broke it. It still world but with horizontal and vertical lines. I don't want to spend much, especially Samsung is watchable for the kids but not me and a little bit of gaming.
Really impressed, better than all my previous projectors. Works well with a fire stick.
I can only recommend it to everyone
