The LG 32GQ850 is the best 32″ 1440p gaming monitor available if you need a refresh rate of 240Hz or higher thanks to its quick response time, wide color gamut, smooth VRR performance and A-TW polarizer.

+
High peak brightness and wide color gamut (with sRGB mode), Quick response time, low input lag, Plenty of features, including VRR up to 260Hz, Ergonomic stand, USB hub

Design lacks swivel option, IPS glow and mediocre contrast ratio (as expected from this panel technology, but A-TW polarizer helps minimize the issue), Only 16 dimming zones

When launching a game full screen the monitor falls back into a state where the OSD will indicate that the monitor is running 4k 120hz. This is frustrating because it seems to indicate that the monitor is not functioning correctly, or is not offering the stated levels of performance.

ON PC when playing fullscreen mode it is stuck to 120 hz 4k, While in borderless mode it is 240 hz 1440p, This monitor thinks I'm playing 4k 120 hz when this is clearly a 240 hz 1440p monitor.

This product is in a weird gorgeous. It processes at lightning speeds and the colors are amazing. Would recommend to any gamer or digital artist and editor of any sort. The colors are vivid and the response time is like it already has the visuals ready to go.

Can’t play fullscreen at 240 or 260 hz on this monitor had issues with it since day one. Windows 11 and nvidia set to 260hz but monitor fps counter shows I’m on 3840-2160p 120hz. Although I thought it was a defective monitor I replaced it with another one and I had the same issue.

I received my monitor last week and it is mind blowingly good when working correctly. The number one issue, which is HUGE in my opinion, is that almost all games when on full screen dedicated seem to think they are locked to 4k and 120Hz.

I have only owned this screen a couple of days and I was pleased with the look of the screen but was verry disappointed to find that it was not performing the way it should. When I plug this into my Nvidia RTX 3080 Founders Edition Graphics card and load up any game in Full screen mode the monitor...
