I actually ended up getting both the 27GN750 and the 27GL83A because I needed monitors for a desk where there's a TB docking station I use with my portable gaming/workstation pc, my personal laptop, and my work laptop. For gaming, compared to my Acer XG271HU there's much less ghosting.

I returned both the "best" and "fastest" 240hz gaming monitors that pros use and couldn't be happier. Is this monitor as fast as the BENQ 2546 or Alienware 2518H? Maybe not.. but if you care at all about colors then you will get this monitor instead.
