Purchased about 2 years ago, used them for 3montgs and they are that bad just placed them away and purchased some shokz.Constant problems with the app, don’t charge properly, high pitch audio blasts and no support from lg or job hifi

broke with minimal use, one of the ear pieces died with no warning. Returned, got a sturdier product. Shame as the sound was very good when they both worked.

I have been using a year, now started to giving up the joints

The earbuds are pretty good all round. I have lost the right one though and unlike Apple, I cannot find any ways to replace it, even the 'Support' link in this page is not existent. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Less then half year, the Bluetooth no longer work. want to get warrenty but no store can easy walk in like apple store.
