LG SPK8-S Wireless Rear Speaker Accessory Kit for Select Soundbars

These wireless speakers were easy to set up with my LG SK10Y. It took me about 15 minutes to get everything connected. These speakers are small and portable, so you can easily place them around. I consider myself a mid-level user. I enjoy the surround sound.

First impression was how small the speakers were. Could not hear any sound after I hooked them up which was easy. Researched online to learn that you can turn up the volume with the remote control. Turned volume up to level 4. My speakers are 12 feet behind my sofa. They now work great.

Paired automatically with my LG sound bar SK9Y right away. Sound in my living room is now amazing. My dogs freaked out at first, they couldnt figure out the surround sound effect which is amazing. Definitely recommend this product.

I like the surrounded sound very much specially with movies that make u feel there is someone behind u, but even with the LG sound bar on high volume the spk8-s sometimes they feel like thay don’t exist. Anyway i loved with movies made on Dolby sounds

These additional rear speakers definitely complete the sound immersion experience. The sound is nice overall and never tinny. I would recommend buying and using better speaker cable, as the included wires are thin and cheap.

Bought in 2020 with SN5Y soundbar.Was used sparingly to extend its life, about twice a year for a vid.Then suddenly stopped connecting to soundbar. Light keeps flicking on the rear speaker receiver , wanting to connect but nothing.This has been experenced by so many consumers.

Mine have stopped working! One day working next not.
