Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Great looking trim kit
Bought the LG trim kit (and microwave) a month ago. Was nervous because we dont own any LG appliances. Happy to report that not only have we not had any problems but it was very easy to install the trim. Looks good and wife is happy. Very happy. Win win!

Undecided
I chatted online with an LG Rep to ensure that I was buying the correct kit for the microwave we'd just purchased. I gave them the dimensions of our new custom microwave cabinet. The upper and lower bracket fit just inside of the width of the opening and aren't big enough to attach to the cabinet. I'm in the process of trying to build a block from behind and inside the cabinet walls so the bracket can attach to that but it's becoming a bigger project than I am skilled at. When I mock it up with the trim panel, it looks great, just not sure I'll be able to get it installed and secured properly. May have to return. Anyone else come accross this issue? Any suggestions.

Real metal and looks great! Pick up fingerprints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried based on reviews on other websites saying it is plastic. Lowe's had a hard time getting this one due to back order, and I am glad i waited. It is a real metal. Matches my LG Studio oven stainless steel. Install was easy, just follow direction. The installer really likes it.
The only down side is that it will pick up fingerprints like crazy. The photo shows that.

Cost more than the oven
Haven’t installed it yet. I’m reviewing this now for the sweepstakes entry. I’m sure the trim kit will be fine when we finally get our cabinets in place, but the price! Almost half again what the actual microwave oven cost. Amazing they would charge so much for a simple piece of metal.

Deceptive photo
Trim kit corners are rounded, not sharp. I wall-mounted my microwave and trim kit above an LG wall oven, which has sharp corners, and it looks stupid.

Looks Great but Really Difficult to Install
I wrestled with a decision about buying this or not. I looked everywhere to find the required dimensions that the hole in my cabinet needed to be for this to fit. While the finished trim kit looks great and fits in the space perfectly, the hardware underneath doesn't fit at all. I had to come up with some work arounds to even be able to install the trim kit.
