I bought this model 3 years ago in summer of 2020 as an upgrade from a smaller unit. This unit has great power and delivers nice, cooled air on those hot summer days. I use it for my master bedroom which is smaller than average. This unit cools the entire room quietly and efficiently.
I’ve had the AC for a few months now, and have enjoyed it, I only have a few complaints. The Accordion sides are very stiff and I had trouble getting them to set right. The Compressor struggles to keep up with a room that is smaller than what it says the unit can handle. But overall would buy again.
The A/C is louder than we thought. Makes a lot of funny sounds. The unit protrudes into the room considerably. The air coming out is not ice cold. It takes time to cool the room down. Overall it is effective and we are happy we have it.
It's lighter, a bit smaller yet still packs a nice punch of coolness to lower temperatures in a nice-sized room. My bills are surely cheaper than last year with this one. And installation each year will be easier because of the lighter weight.
Our air conditioner went out and I looked high and low to find one that would fit our small window. This one was just the right size and cools perfectly. And it is so quiet I turned it on and off several times before I realized it was on. Great price too.

Performance
Bought this to cool our MBR on second floor that is always 10° hotter than rest of house. Installation fairly straightforward and does a good job of cooling BUT.....• Nothing in pre-sale information tells you that in energy saving mode the unit cycles on to see if cooling is needed then immediately...
Very good! Quite, has a dry (dehumidify) function and even a remote control. Absolutely great for the price. No problems yet and easy setup/install
My window unit is in my bedroom to conserve electricity throughout the rest of the house at night. I Just turn it on at bedtime and I'm comfortable all night and then turn it off in the morning. Texas weather calls for responsible electric use.

I bought this product 1 week ago and it cools just fine. However, the design of this thing is flawed. It has a remote, which is great, BUT, the display is on the TOP of the unit and can only be seen if standing directly in front of it. If it wasn't already set up, I would definitely return it.
Real light and easy to install. Auto restarts after a power failure or if you are using a timer. Very happy with my purchase.
