The AC works fine but it the fan is loud and the unit makes more noise than expected when it is cooling.The installation into the window could be improved by having wider extensions on the side of the unit and having larger/longer tabs so the screw used to secure it are not so close to the bottom...

I bought this about a month ago in a rush to find something. It’s good for what it is. The complaints I have is there are two buttons on/off and high/low and then the turn knob for how high you want it. With the designs being very simple you can’t really do much with it.

I bought this to cool my sewing room which gets a lot of afternoon sun. It's quick to cool my room down and I am able to turn my fan to the low speed after a short time of starting the air conditioner. I don't run it 24/7 because I am not in my sewing room that long.

I bought this ac like a year ago or less and everything was working nice no noise, and fast cooling until it stop cooling. The fan runs very well but the ac compressor it stop working. I'm so disappointed with this product.

We got this window unit for a smaller bedroom and it works beautifully as both a air conditioner and when we just want the fan on. The controls are very simple and easy to use, which is becoming a rarity in appliances these days. Light enough for one senior to install easily.

Low cost, simple to install, high performance 5,000 BTU air conditioner. We are ready to take the summer on!

I am a bit disappointed in this unit. I replaced another brand similar in size and this doesnt not cool the room as quickly and the other brand. and the air doesnt not blow out as well.

I bought this compact air conditioner for my guest room. It was super easy to install thanks to the clear instructions. It keeps my guest room nice and cool. A friend stayed over and he was very comfortable. Highly recommended this baby for any smallish room.

We bought this air conditioner only a couple of weeks ago, so far it cools good and happy with it. But we also have had an LG tv and we had it for a while before it finally went out.

A few months in, it's obvious this little guy is totally capable of cooling a bedroom in even this terrible texas heat. very impressed
