LG White 12,000 BTU Thru-the-Window Air Conditioner with Heat

The unit came with a large dent in the outside shell, but I was able to get it straightened out satisfactorily, and it doesn't appear to affect any operations. The shell fit the wall opening that the old unit was in perfectly, making installation a breeze.Everything is working great.

This AC/Heat unit was bought for a tiny house. It doesn't heat well enough to warm even close to the unit. The AC worked pretty well this summer. The unit just went out. It was only 1 year & 1 mo old. It glowed and then stopped working. Save your money - don't buy this thing.

I have had this unit about 6 weeks, and so far it has been great in maintaining a nice even temperature in my mobile home. We have had very HOT and humid weather here in Florida. It has done a fine job.

Over the years, I have grown to like this brand. My first product was a LG TV, and it lasted over 10 years, until lightning hit it. Ended up getting another one, and it is as good, or better. Now, to the AC. At first, it seemed to be a little loud, mainly when the compressor came on.

I liked the unit when it was working on the air conditioner tried to switch it to the heater side did not work and LG is working with me to get it corrected. Lot of time involved and paper trail but I hope that they will get issue resolved soon.

Great heater!! We haven't had to use the AC yet but this puts out a lot of heat and get our room toasty warm in a few minutes. Great buy :)

The unit was really easy to install. Instructions were straight forward and made it easy to get up and running in no time. Doing pretty well against the Texas heat.

I installed through the wall to heat and cool a small house. works perfectly ! I am impressed how quiet running it is.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how quiet the unit is for its size. I bought a 12k btu with heater AC unit and found it so much quieter than smaller units i have used before.i have it for about a month but haven’t used it much but so c far it’s beyond expectations

Keeps our small house comfortable even on the coldest nights. Haven't tried it during the summer yet.
