My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

Refrigerator makes sounds like a jackhammer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was a given to me a gift, which is sad because it was intended to replace a 25-year old refrigerator that was still working. Right now, after only 18 months, the back of the freezer compartment is making jackhammer noises and the refrigerator compartment is not cooling below about 58 degrees, causing mold to grow and forcing me to throw everything out. I checked to see if there was any ice build-up blocking the vents and everything is clear. I can't believe that LG products are only made to last for 18 months when I can pick up 25-year old refrigerators that are still running. This sours me on their entire line of products.

Great As A Second
This refrigerator is a replacement for one that just died. It is also the refrigerator that we have in the garage. It holds all the overflow that we can't fit in our kitchen refrigerator. The outside is sleek and it's well-lit on the inside. It also runs very quietly. The temperatures are holding steady in both compartments which are set at 3. By no means is this a top of the line model but we are only using it as a second refrigerator. So far we are very pleased with it. This is the 4th LG appliance we have purchased in 5 years, the first was an over the range microwave and next a washer and dryer. They all work great and we are happy with them.

The short-lived LG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the ten months that I had my LG LTCS 20020S top loading freezer/ refrigerator, it worked fine. It kept the freezer freezing cold and the refrigerator below 40°. Then it didn’t. All the food in the refrigerator had to be tossed, but we did manage to salvage some freezer food.
Thanks LG, we appreciate the refund. Now I just have to remove the refrigerator, shop for a new one, clip the label in half(?) and send in a picture along with providing all the other information for my refund.
Gotta go, time to shop for a new refrigerator.

LG LTCS20020W Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my refrigerator during the Super bowl. It has worked great. I have kept it on the default settings and it has kept everything nice and fresh. It fits perfectly in the area we needed it in. The inside is quite spacious and items are easy to put in and get out.
The Freezer area on top also works great at keeping items frozen and fresh when defrosted. The Freezer is also very roomy and items here are easily accessible.
This is a great full-size refrigerator with a solid freezer to go with. I am confident it will last as long as the old one did.

Great product with one exception
This is a really great product. When I plugged it in, it came up to temperature in only 2 1/2 hours. It was very nicely packed in the carton and looks really nice and clean. It runs super quiet, the 4 wheels roll it smoothly into position and I love the glass shelves instead of the metal ones. There is no egg holder, though.
The only problem I had was that the 3 holes for the ice maker were drilled improperly. One was kind of OK, one was stripped out and the bottom one wasn't even close to where the ice maker hole was! This made the ice maker installation very difficult. I had to drill a new hole and use a larger screw for one of the mounting bushings. Other than that, this is a great product.

Awesome Fridge at Great Price

This is our first new refrigerator and I feel like we stepped into a new century. The fridge cooled quickly, runs quietly and has great storage. We love the adjustable shelves, door storage and humidity controls on the fruits and veggies drawers. The stainless finish is so pretty and you can still put magnets on the sides! Another great feature is the hidden door handles! So convenient and modern! Helps keep finger prints off the front surface. We really couldn't be happier!

Works great, quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator/freezer. It's big enough and it's as cold as it should be, even on the medium setting. That being said, I think it could have been better with a light in the freezer. Why don't manufacturers address this issue? A deli compartment in the refrigerator portion would have been nice as well. These issues still don't warrant knocking a whole star off, because the refrigeration is the main thing, and this really does the job. I have found that keeping things extra cold keeps food usable for a longer period. I could probably freeze things in the refrigerator if I turned it up to high.
