Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Lovely, but seriously flawed.
It really is a nice looking refrigerator. For the money, on paper it looks like it's hard to beat. Here's the problem: I've now had two units inside a month and neither unit appears to be able to get much below 42F in the fridge compartment and 8F in the Freezer compartment. This is with the settings set at anything between 33-41F top, and 0 or -1 below. The only thing that changes the internal temp (other than opening the door) is to set the thermostat at 42F...at that point the fridge goes to 48/50F internal temperature.
I've tried everything, including running it for whole days out of the surround in the middle of the kitchen. No impact on the internal operating temperature.

LG FRIG
I bought one of these seven or eight years ago. It’s a great refrigerator. I love it. Runs well keeps things nice and cold and frozen. When this goes down I’ll buy another one. Has a great capacity fits nicely in the area that is for refrigerator. It’s plenty of shelving and it’s inexpensive to run.

Full capacity in a counter depth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned an LG counter depth in my previous home. The existing refrigerator in my new home needed replacement. I again needed counter depth and saw LG now offers a counter depth with full capacity. The counter max was a great choice for me. I'm pleased with the increased capacity. The model I purchased happens to offer 4 types of ice; crushed, cubed, craft, and mini cube. While I purchased the model for the capacity, I'm really enjoying the mini cube and craft ice. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's a clear upgrade from either of my previous units.

Happy Campers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fabulous refrigerator in November and it is now January 9th. My wife’s choice and I concurred. I have never seen her happier with an appliance choice. She has used all four ice options and grins each times she chooses. Though we have never owned LG appliances, we decided that our only appliance choice will be LG. We bought new LG washer and dryer which will be delivered in two days. The quality of the refrigerator surpasses any brands with which people are normally bombarded. It is refreshing to have a product deliver the quality that is advertised. We will not buy any other brand in the future.

Amazing Features and Ample Space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Saw it at Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony TX and loved it. Perfect counter depth, excellent ice making (I have no clue why some people have complaint). Compressor is loudish (nothing a TV at regular volume) will quiet. Tons of usable space inside! The 4 types of ice is fenomenal - my significant and I use a lot of ice and have never had any issues.
Door water dispenser fits my Yeti without any issues, the welcome light is a really nice touch. The app works great and lets you adjust settings remotely. It fits perfectly in our kitchen and makes the kitchen look nice and elegant. I love the hidden pull handles.
We even lost the wrench to adjust the doors and LG offered to send us one at no cost. My mother has had her LG fridge for 5 years with zero issues and her washer and dryer.

Works great until it doesn't.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is awesome until it isn't. Quiet, easy to use, great ice production, balanced cooling throughout. IT stopped cooling in the sixth week of operation. We have been waiting for repairs for two weeks. LG set up service center for us. They are waiting for parts. After the parts come in they will schedule the repair. Can't say when. This is a refrigerator! The heart of the house. When?

Buyer Beware! Frozen drinks day 3!
The top shelf cannot be used for drinks, nor can you store more than a few items, because of the design of the vent. Website
says equal temp shelves, but found water and soda frozen! There’s a secret manual only available online that says
you can’t store high humidity items on top shelf! Csr service says you have to store drinks on door. Really? The consumer
cant place items where they want in their own fridge? This wasn’t free, or cheap! The capacity is less than stated, because
of the unusable space. Going back! I loved it until the restrictions made it suck!
