Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

DON'T DO IT class actions in effect
these products look good but that's about it, the compressors don't live up to their expected time, 5 years means 1, I've had mines repaired at least once a year and they don't inform you that in order for the to count the repairs that you have to go through them for a refund, it's Aug 2024, I purchased these products in 2019 and I've had repairs done every year on the refrigerator; twice this year; they will just keep putting the same fault compressors and other parts on their products instead of upgrading the products; again, there are class actions on this trash

Cheapened look of inside refridgerator shelves
Went to look at this refrigerator because of the knock feature i own the previous counter depth LG Refrigerator 4 door and they have cheapened the look of the ice maker control pad and it looks more bulky and they took away the easy reach condiment holders with glass sliders in the refrigerator that i use all the time for condiment packages. The shelves are much cheaper looking. They took away the cover for the shelf for the eggs and increased the price! I was not worried about a price increase until i saw the inside. Just very cheap looking inside! If your going to raise the price dont cheapen the inside look!! Why would LG do this?

Refrigeration not what I expected.
Love the overall design and function of this fridge. What I don’t like is the fact that it will not cool the topside of the fridge to its lowest setting. I I have fridge set at 33 degrees I have a digital thermometer inside that reads the high and lows of a 24 hour day as well as the current temperature. I would not and do not expect for the daytime temps to necessarily get too 33 degrees, but I do expect that it would overnight. Typically runs between 35-43 degrees. Which meets FDA requirements for refrigerated foods. Still it should keep food cooler than it does. Yes it is pulled away from the back wall has plenty of circulation.

Easily scratchable
First I want to say, I love this fridge. It's fun, shiny, lots of different ice, and the middle full convert drawer and instaview is awesome. 3 days after getting it, however, I was putting a couple magnets on it from my fridge before. One of them had a stronger hold than the others and when I moved it, the area got scratched. By a magnet. While the scratches are light, you can still see them in the light. Also, it's supposed to be fingerprint resistent and you can see lots of prints (mostly on the handles). I'm keeping the fridge because I love it, but..I'm so bummed. Hopefully I can find a way to buff the scratches out or get a light paint for it.

Good fridge!
I’ve had this fridge now for almost 2 years. About a year into owning, the freezer stopped working. The condenser was replaced and it worked fine. A year later, condenser was making noise. It turned out a line was rubbing against the condenser and the vibration was making the noise. Both times under warranty, the repairs were fixed promptly.
Daily use, the fridge works great! The craft ice balls take a while to make but we collect them and put them in a zip lock bag for future use. This way the ice maker makes more. Counter depth is plenty room for our family of 5. Some may need more space. I do recommend this LG fridge!

Craft ice!
Had this fridge for a month now and so far I love it! Counter depth is smaller inside, so if it’s just 2-3 people using it’s just fine. Be aware that tall bottles of anything don’t fit upright. We’re just going to start buying shorter things (ketchup, salad dressing, etc.). Be patient with the craft ice! It will stock up. It took about a week for freezer to get to the right temperature to start making the ice, and it is very clear when putting the spheres in a drink! We don’t use craft ice everyday, so after a month there is quite a stockpile! And, both ice makers are pretty quiet.

Love the Craft Ice
I love this fridge. I have put them in the last three homes I have built. Counter depth it is very important. The fridge doesn't feel cramped, there is more than enough space for a small family. The Craft ice maker is the icing on the cake. We had a three day power outage due to a hurricane, and the frozen food stayed frozen enough to continue to use. I wouldn't have another refrigerator other than this LG.

Dent in door from
So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a month ago. Delivered with big dent in door. Still trying to get it resolved and have the door replaced.
Other than that has some nice features, door in a door, two ice makers things like that. New technology but you do sacrifice some quality in the materials as far as the bins , shelves and door storage due to the ice maker bring in the door now. The plastic is thinner than on my previous fridge from 2011. The size of the ice cubes is about 1/3 the size my cubes were in my other fridge , no big deal I guess. They say new appliances only last around 12yrs now. Hope I get more than that since they are so expensive now.
