I received this 2 1/2 weeks ago. The only drawback I feel this refrigerator has is that the freezer door and bottom freezer draw are connected and come out together. It cannot fully extend on its own. If you have something wide to put in, you will not be able too. Everything else is perfect.

Purchased this fridge to replace a 3-year old Samsung of similar size that had horrible layout and ice maker that required weekly defrosting. LG 22.5 layout is much better - more usable space - and the convertible drawer is perfect for storing deli goods and beverages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer work outstanding but I am concerned about the craft ball maker. Had problems with it 6 months into having it. LG replaced the raft maker and I'm not having problems now but I am worry about how long it will last.

Very Smart Refrigerator! Had to wait 4 months to get, well worth the wait. Outstanding features and quality! The craft ice is amazing. We looked for a long time, once we saw this LG French Door Cabinet Depth Refrigerator, we knew right away this was the one and very pleased we went with it.

when i got it i was so happy and now i have so much space and i cant belive i ave this but it is pricey but on the other hand i love love the color and the size and the shape of the ice love the space.

Beautiful fridge with great features. Only negative is the ice maker in the door, it often gets jammed with chunks of ice, which requires the removal of the entire ice compartment to be removed to dislodged the ice cubes. Poorly designed feature.

We bought this a month ago and we absolutely love it! The door in door is especially great! You can keep milk and coffee creamers in there and just open the small door to get them. You can see everything in there because everything doesn’t get shoved to the back like in a side by side.

One cool refrigerator. Really a great machine. Chills wonderfully. The middle conversion drawer is great too, extra fridge space, intermediate cool or freezer cold. Get the fridge! Well worth the price.

We purchased the LG out of need due to our old fridge having icing problems (different brand). We had purchased LG appliances in the past and were very happy with the ThinQ WiFi connected smart home options. I like to use my phone to get notifications from the refrigerator.
