It’s good. But the freezer being in the bottom has its problems with no racks. But that cannot be helped unless you buy side by side refrigerator. Only thing is that water dispenser push handle and the base is plastic and got a scratch on the first day with a pitcher that was being filled.

For my wife and I it works great, its a counter depth and it looks good in our kitchen the only thing that could be a problem is the door ice maker bin is small a large family could have a problem with running out of ice but there is the craft ice maker in the freezer that would help, we love the...

I'm very happy with everything about the fridge except that I occasionally have difficulty with the in door ice dispenser. The ice clumps up into a tall mass that prevents the ice maker from dropping additional ice. The bin has to be removed to break up or dispose of the clumped together ice.

I do not like it. You cannot adjust the shelves in the main refrigerator. A gallon of milk will not even fit there. You have to put it on the door. While you can adjust the shelves on the doors, that limits you in how tall of a bottle you can put on the shelves. I do like the icemakers though.

I love this fridge. I am one month in and no complaints so far. The weight from the ice in the left door can cause it to slam shut if you're not paying attention but that's about the only negative I can think of. Craft ice is a nice, the size is great, and it just works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the fridge very much. Fits nice in the space we have and doesn't stick out like our previous non-counter depth version. Ice and water dispenser are functioning well. Craft ice is neat - not sure it's necessary, but the kids like it.

We are so happy with the refigerator. Love our craft ice. The only dissappointing thing is that it only makes 3 balls at once and it is 18 hours in between. Just wish the shelves on the left refrigerator door over the ice maker were wider to fit slightly larger jars. But overall really like the appliance. Would recommend to anyone needing a counter depth fridge.

Our LG counter-depth refrigerator is the highlight of our kitchen renovation. It fits in so well in the allocated space. It not only looks great, it's cold inside and quiet outside too! I love it! BTW: This is not our first LG product, we are long time LG customers.
