It’s good. But the freezer being in the bottom has its problems with no racks. But that cannot be helped unless you buy side by side refrigerator. Only thing is that water dispenser push handle and the base is plastic and got a scratch on the first day with a pitcher that was being filled.

We bought a set of LG appliances when remodeling our kitchen, including a counter depth refrigerator with two French doors for the fridge and lower freezer. It has been working for a little over a year. It's a good, reliable unit but they cut a few corners and it requires a bit of maintenance.

I'm very happy with everything about the fridge except that I occasionally have difficulty with the in door ice dispenser. The ice clumps up into a tall mass that prevents the ice maker from dropping additional ice. The bin has to be removed to break up or dispose of the clumped together ice.

I do not like it. You cannot adjust the shelves in the main refrigerator. A gallon of milk will not even fit there. You have to put it on the door. While you can adjust the shelves on the doors, that limits you in how tall of a bottle you can put on the shelves. I do like the icemakers though.

I love this fridge. I am one month in and no complaints so far. The weight from the ice in the left door can cause it to slam shut if you're not paying attention but that's about the only negative I can think of. Craft ice is a nice, the size is great, and it just works.

We are very happy with our LG counter depth refrigerator. It keeps our foods at the right temperature, is well lit and makes ice well. However the craft ice maker was designed wrong and we have had a lot of difficulty with it. We have had 5 replacements installed. LG keeps improving this ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the fridge very much. Fits nice in the space we have and doesn't stick out like our previous non-counter depth version. Ice and water dispenser are functioning well. Craft ice is neat - not sure it's necessary, but the kids like it.
