I love this refrigerator, especially the craft ice and also having regular ice maker in the door. Its very illuminated in all areas. The craft ice maker is a little loud but that's to be expected when 3 big ice balls are dropping in the tray. Excellent fridge, well worth having.

After researching, we ended up with this LG Fridge. It has all of the features we wanted. We especially wanted the Craft Ice Maker. We have had it for 5 months now. This fridge is so smart, it emailed us that the craft ice maker had a problem, and the LG Tech Team called to schedule an appointment...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with our lg refrigerator. There are many different compartments in both the refrigerator and the freezer. I entertain a lot and there is plenty of room for everything on my menu. I would recommend this refrigerator to everyone!!

I bouoght LG refrigerator in Dec 2021. In 2022 it stopped making Craft ice and the ceiling of the freezer was all iced. part was changed, but now in 23 it again stopped working. Even though its 30 cu. ft. space is less bigger bottles or gallon milk fits only in one small section.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first door in door refrigerator. We will never buy anything else. Quality is best of over ten refrigerators we have owned before. Very quiet operation except for the craft ice which is easy to turn on and off.

Very happy with the refrigerator. It is a large model so plenty of room. The vegetable & fruit drawers are deep (unlike most refrigerators we looked at). The interior is has metal/glass as opposed to all white plastic and shelves are configurable. The storage on the right door is configurable.

I bought this several months ago & have really enjoyed this refrigerator. The app tells me how many times I've opened the fridge & how much water I've used. I did initially have a problem with the craft ice, but I was sent a troubleshooting video that remedied that!
