I've had mine for a month, the picture is amazing, the refresh rate could be a tad better for gaming but it's perfect for 4k movies. There have been some complaints about "light bleed" and I suppose it's technically true, but so minor that you have to have the TV on in a pitch black room and then...

ease of use, Features/Settings, Quality
Initially was researching for a few LED TV and came across LG nano cell line. I was initially very hesitant about switching away from Samsung. However after purchasing this TV and using it for a month in my bedroom I went ahead and purchased a second TV for my living room from BJ's.
Good features, however picture looks like it has a haze over entire viewing area. Picture needs to be brighter. If i was buying again i stick with the sony or samsung. Have had two very good LG 50" for ten years now. Thjs one is not an improvement kther tgan being smart

bought this TV based on features and price. Very satisfied with picture as there are a myriad of adjustments that allow the owner to customize the picture to their personal preference. Despite what some "experts" say I believe this TV to be an excellent performer

Style/Design, Features/Settings
I am in love with this tv. The features are endless alway user friendly. You don't have to be tech Savvy to use the tv. The picture is priceless wonder Dynamic picture. The Price was affordable especially from BJ's. The Tv was well worth it!
The LG 65” TV is just what we expected with the exception of the NanoCell technology and that it’s thinner as well!
