We've owned the french door refrigerator for about a year and simply love it. The french doors make it easy to quickly retrieve items. The ice maker is very good and has presented no problems. The drawer freezer holds a significant amount of frozen food too. It was the right choice for our home.

I hated my old refrigerator and was thrilled that it broke. I replaced the old side by side, with the LG French door style. It is perfect! It's roomy, I can find things easily, and I'm not stacking things on top of each other or laying tall items on their side. Couldn't be happier.

We are happy with this fridge. Looks good, very quiet and holds a lot. Two ice makers is overkill for us, but if you have a big family it's nice. BUT, when are designers going to realize that computer design of controls looks different from real life, (Contrast is important!).

We've had this refrigerator about 3 years & no major issues. Ice makers (one in upper door & one in lower freezer both work very well & keep ahead of demand. Only issue has been with filter head assembly that got mis-indexed & would only lock in the filter I had removed.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT TWO YEARS AGO. I HAD A FREZZER DEFROST PROBLEM THAT WAS RESOLVED BY A SOFTWARE UPDATE (WARRANTY). THE UNIT IS VERY QUIET AND OVERALL, A GREAT REFRIGERATER

WORKS GREAT A WHOLE. I NOW GET PLENTY OF ICE AND FREEZER IS GREAT...

No removable tray under water ice/water dispenser so there are stains & build up after 2 months. I tried to scrub off with a sponge & it scratched the surface.

Good refrigerator but needs a few changes, opening for ice and water could be and inch higher to fit hiking and bike riding drinking mugs, display should also show actual temperatures, right side door needs to closed all the way by hand will not close all the way by gently swing the door, top door...

I am a big LG fan. Lots of LG products. I have the predecessor LG fridge at my main house, so when I needed one for my 2d home I got what I thought would be the same item. However, the new version was decidedly poorer quality. Really a step down from the earlier model.
