v. I purchased this refrigerator 4 years ago and the compressor failed about one month ago. I tried troubleshooting it but I should have started with a quick and easy call to LG. They had a technician out the next morning and I was back to cooling my food less than a day later.

Your employee Juan is amazing but it takes long to get you all to come and take care of the issues with my refrigerator. You’ll need to be more prompt to get to the need of people that are without a refrigerator for a month and a half.

Just moved to another state. My other LG fridge I had to leave behind which was 8 years old and I just loved it! So I had to buy other one I missed it so. This is even bigger and much nicer. Love the pull out drawer water and ice machine. Love the double doors for getting food platters and trays in.

Overall I do like the fridge, lots of space, has WiFi and diagnostics through the app along with energy saver settings you can customize. Here are the small issues I have found. The ice maker is small, so if you use ice a lot or have company or have a large family it will not really keep up with...

This is exactly what we needed for our large family. The needed space helps us keep meal planning simple and there is still space for leftovers and lunches. The drawer and door space does not take up a lot of space inside the fridge and helps keep things organized. Great product.

I love this refrigerator! It has so much room inside great shelf space in the doors and the foldaway shelf that allows for taller items is definitely a plus. The icewatertemp panel is easy to use and I like that the ice maker is built inside the door rather than taking up space inside the fridge...
