First Time LG Buyer - Will Think Twice Next Time
First time buyer of LG appliances. I really wanted to like this refrigerator but it has a serious design flaw. Beware of the Glide N Serve drawer. I have had to replace the cover for this drawer (part MCR65017001) three times in the 22 months I have owned this refrigerator. The molded clips that hold it in place keep breaking off, making the drawer cover useless. My wife and I are retired so it's not like we have kids that are being rough on the drawer. Now the refrigerator is out of warranty and LG will not support me on it. Pretty poor support for a problem that started shortly after I purchased it. I'll think twice before purchasing another LG product.

Great buy
I love the new refrigerator I brought Nov 2025. I was the only refrigerator I saw that fit my small space and came in the color I wanted black stainless steel. I love the shelves and how easy they are to move and clean. The capacity inside is great for all the food I love to cook and the cooling is something I had to get used to. It was either too cold and freezing everything on top. So I had to make adjustments. Another the sounds I have to get used to that was not on my last refrigerator I love it.

Large Fridge area, freezer compartment will take s
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 've had this model for almost 4 weeks. The fridge area is much bigger than my last fridge and I love that I could move around the shelves to fit my items. But I am not happy with the freezer area. It's like a puzzle every time I put something in there or need to find something. I don't know how a large family could have this be their only freezer. Taking anything out or putting anything in takes a couple of minutes of rearranging. I chose not to connect the ice maker because the bucket took up so much room. I use the ice trays from my old fridge but be careful they aren't easy to put in without spilling over.

Good so far with a few quirks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought because I needed a 30" width and wanted a bottom freezer. It developed an annoying hum/rattling noise after the first day, but it disappeared after about 4 days. Otherwise has been quiet, and I love the depth, flexible shelving and the spacious freezer. Only 2 quibbles: the lights are in the front of the fridge and freezer, which makes it hard to see things in the dark back parts. Also it needs about 15" on each side for the doors to open all the way, so is not ideal to be placed next to a wall. The deli tray won't slide all the way out if both doors aren't fully open. I knew this and chose it anyway, but buyer beware, as some of the photos may give you a different impression.

Great frig.
Purchased in December, delivered in the new year. Great looking inside and out. It’s a very sleek look, not a bulky refrigerator. But it can hold plenty of food. No problems and very happy.

Shelving adjustment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The issue I have with the shelves is that in any of the levels I can put something tall, like pitcher or something similar. Even though moving the shelves to another level, it still does not let me have something tall. I would have to completely remove out of the fridge one of the shelves to free out some taller space.

Happy with this refrigerator!!!

We looked online and selected this LG French Door refrigerator and are we glad we did. We've had it for about two weeks now, and aside from looking great in our kitchen, it functions beautifully. There's more than enough space in this reasonably sized refrigerator to house an ample amount of foods and beverages. LG is known for producing bottom freezer refrigerators that are reliable, so we're looking forward to enjoying this one for many years to come. Thank you, LG!!!

Good so far
Had the fridge a week. Fit a tight space. Was hard to find a stylish fridge for the space - most were old school top freeze designs. Chilled down as expected. Space is good. Doors can hold large containers. Enough shelf adjustability for the size/design. Bottom freezer is straight forward. Ice machine is working so far as expected. Louder than the big super expensive fridge at primary residence but fraction of cost. Opening both French doors a must to do anything but grab a beer from the door storage. Finger prints are fairly noticeable which may bother some. Hopefully it keeps working as it is. I don’t like fridge drama.
