I purchased this refrigerator from LG.com 6 months ago. No issues so far. I love how spacious it is most of all. Especially for a counter deep refrigerator. Easy to clean. Keeps everything cold and the see through door feature is nice. The freezer is large and the ice maker works extremely well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it in June 2021 and had zero problems with it since. Food stays cold, freezer works great, and the overflow ice mechanism works like a charm. Have never run out of ice. Just changed the water filter this morning and it was easy to do.

We love this refrigerator! It has great features and ample storage space. It's extremely quiet. We were concerned about the depth of the space available for the refrigerator. It's perfect!

I bought this fridge because it fits in the space (most were too tall) while it looks pretty, the ice in the door is always clumped so it doesn't come out and the food in my freezer is often not frozen.
We’ve had this refrigerator for a few months now and we are very happy with it. The window feature is nice but we don’t use much, but having the easy access door is fantastic. We have had 0 problems.As mentioned in another review, freezer is on the smaller side but that works for us.
I love the look of this fridge. What I don't like is the freezer does not have an alert feature to let you know it's open. It's kinda small but I did not want something large.
