After a month and a half of using my new range the top layer of the border around burners started piling off.No other problems so far. I called LG to report the problem 2 weeks ago and didn’t get any response yet

My range is 15 months old the numbers on the knobs is already wearing off. Also if you lean against the stove the dials are so sensitive that they change to the highest setting. This is an accident waiting to happen. I emailed the president of the company not even a response. Would not buy LG again.
We really like the new stove/oven! It has been glorious to be able to bake a different temperatures especially for the holidays. The only complaint is the convection part has very limited temperature fluctuation so I'm trying to understand that, tried to cook bacon in convection and took twice as...
The double oven feature is wonderful and once you figure out how to utilize the bottom convection oven you will love it. The stove knobs are a concern; they turn on WAY too easy - no locking feature. Though the double burners on the stove can be confusing at times, it is a nice feature to have.

I’ve had this for a month. On the first day I had issue with the Ultra Heat burner. Long story short I had a technician out to look at it but he was no help. I later found that the Ultra Heat burner had the wrong knob on it. It had a triple burner knob instead of a double burner knob.
Soooo much faster than my prior GE, both in the ovens and stove top. I also love the double oven. I do quite a bit of cooking/baking and with the new appliance it's so much easier.
This is my second double oven but my first LG and I love it!! I haven't tried the quick clean oven option but I'm looking forward to it. The oven light makes it easy to see the entire oven so you don't have to open the doors to take a peek. I am very happy and would definitely recommend this oven.
I like everything about it so far (every feature/function I have used). I do wish the burner knobs were either less prominent or less sensitive. When I have to reach over them they have a tendency to turn on. The beep notice helps though

The high powered burner is great- the regular powered ones leave something to be desired if I could I would return it for a gas range or one with two high powered burners. If you cook a lot like I do- the double oven is great- but you need at least two burners that can bring things to a boil quickly...
Knobs are VERY sensitive and turn on when my body touches them when retrieving items from the cupboard above. Our friends have same stove and they have to remove knobs because the dogs have turned on the burners. Very unsafe. Also, today I wanted to use the 'self clean' feature and it doesn't work.
