Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Not good quality. Get something else!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit since late 2016. The quality is not good at all. The knobs are cheap and flimsy. I have had to replace three of the (at a very high price). Even worse is that the printed text for the controls started to fade away years ago and today there is nothing left! I can't believe how they could have decided to use a cheap print instead of etching, etc. Does not take much of an engineer to figure out that will not be OK in the long run! Again I'm very disappointed and must bow look for a new appliance. As I'm sure LG will not pay attention to this so I will not look at them when buying an appliance in the future!

Knobs and lettering -- cheap, cheap, cheap!!
36" propane cooktop. We can a lot of food so the cooktop has seen very heavy use. The "superboil" feature is apparently negated when used with propane as food will boil faster on the smaller BTU burners. However, boilovers are very common as well even on the smallest burner. My biggest gripe is that the cheap plastic knobs all broke at the stem within one year and the lettering around the knobs is coming off. On the plus side, it is fairly easy to clean. I would not recommend this cooktop if you use propane and/or will be using it heavily.

Cheaply made knobs, expensive to replace.
In the 3 years I’ve had this stove top, 3 of the knobs have completely broken. LG charges $51 each to replace some cheap piece of plastic, so beware. Also, the numbers around the knobs has completely worn off. Very disappointed, as all of the knobs on my previous 20 yr old whirlpool stove were completely functional.

LG allows unsafe condition to exist..
Your LG LCG3011ST gas cooktop has a safety and design flaw. The plastic inserts that LG uses on the control knobs is a safety and fire hazard. The plastic inserts crack and break apart. After they crack and break a user has no idea what position the gas valve is. This is a safety and fire hazard. By the sheer number of bad reviews concerning the faulty knobs it is apparent LG does not intend to back its product until someone's home catches fire because of the condition is allowed to exist and someone gets hurt because of this safety condition that LG approves of.

The Numbers around the knobs has worn off
I purchased the 30" gas cook top in December 2009. The numbers around the knobs started to wear off right at the 1 year mark. It's not from over use but just wiping around the knobs with a wet dish cloth has worn the numbers off. Other than the numbers wearing off, the cook top delivers and cleans up nicely. The grates are very sturdy and easy to clean.

Unhappy
I'm not very happy with this product very expensive and spills won't clean , I spend a lot money already to purchase stain steel products but nothing get the spill mark off. The cooktop looks very nice but the surface looks very cheap and easy to scratch with anything. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Knobs always breaking
We remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and replaced all appliances with LG. I had been extremely happy until 2 months ago when one control knob cracked on the Stainless cooktop. They are ridiculously expensive to replace, but I wanted the cooktop to look nice not cruddy with knobs missing, so I purchased it. Two days ago my husband was cooking and informs me there are now 2 more knobs broken. They are plastic and not manufactured to hold up to the rest of the cooktop. Very disappointing. Until this point I highly recommended LG appliances to everyone who saw our kitchen remodel. I will have changed my opinion since this problem surfaced. I included photos and when taking those, I found the last 2 knobs are also cracked in several places. Those are burners we never use.

Always wanted a gas stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this when doing our full-gut kitchen remodel. I wanted a gas cooktop--I had been using electric cooktops for the 32 years we lived in our house. It is great! It is easy to light burners; it is easy to control the heat; and our overhead fan unit takes out any odors or gas aromas.
Unfortunately, it is not as easy to clean as my old cooktop was. There are curves and edges that require a little more effort. The stainless steel under the grates needs to be buffed to really shine, but this is just an inconvenience that I wasn't thinking of when I chose the appliance.
