I do a lot of home canning and was forever dropping jelly and such into the knobs on the stove. Was looking for something without raised knobs and I am totally happy with my find. However, I am on the learning curve I that I have to keep the child lock feature on when not in use.

other than it going completely bonkers if a little water gets on or near the control area from a pan lid and you have to completely shut down and reset the temps to start to cook again I enjoy the experience of cooking on it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love this cooktop. Heats very fast and I love the burner sizes. Looks great and no knobs on the surface to clean around! I hope it lasts as long as my granite! Tempted to buy another to have in stock.....just in case!

I bought it for second time. The first one works for about 15 years after 15 years 2 of burners went down. Since I'm not a very brave person, I decided not to test new brands and induction models after reviewing their problems.

During a kitchen remodel we selected this LG model after researching all the different brands, models, and features. We hit a home run with this new LG. We love the touch control (no knobs) feature. It gives our new granite counter top a very rich and fashionable look.

I have had this cooktop for four months now and it has been wonderful. Installation was easy and done by my husband using the installation directions. We have this in an island, so having a smooth top was a priority.

I was so excited to get my new cooktop. Little did I know that it has the look of small bubbles on the top. Everytime I walk into my kitchen, I feel I have to dust my cooktop. It’s not dusty but appears to have dust on it due to the bubbles in the cooktop. Very disappointed.

This is the third cooktop I have installed in my home, and it is truly the best one I have ever used. It is the third brand of cooktop I have ever used also. This one must have been designed by a woman . . . or someone who knows how it should be designed for best use.

Works great. Still figuring out what a power setting of 4-5 or 5-6 or 7-8 meaning as far as cooking something.

I have reached out to LG several times about repairing my cooktop. They have tried to send someone out twice to repair my dishwasher. The thermostat has malfunctioned on my cooktop which burned up a 7 ply stainless steel pot and lid.
