Avoid - lasted less than 4 months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in early January. It was delivered on Jan 11 and by May 11th, it is no longer working. The battery does not hold a charge. We never used it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. We often used it for 5 minutes at night and now it is a piece of garbage. By early April, it was only sucking up when we used turbo and now nothing. It holds a charge for less than 30 seconds. Just horribly disappointing, esp for LG. Know that *many of the positive reviews* were in exchange for a free vacuum or people that just got it. Look for reviews with people that owned it for more than a couple months.

Broke after 9 months of use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with the vacuum features and how well it worked to get hair and dust up at first. Six months after purchase, the beater brush started making a rattling noise. When my husband took it apart to investigate, he found that one of the screws had sheared off and so there was no way to use the beater brush. I can't believe that considering the price tag that LG can't afford to use good high quality screws to hold it together. Overall super disappointed because now I have no way to vacuum my carpet.

Does Not pick up any hair
I got this as a gift for Christmas. I was so excited to have a cordless vacuum, unfortunately this has been the worst vacuum I've used. The most important part of a vacuum is to pick up the pet hair, my own hair and dust around the house. All that this vacuum does is push all the hair around so that I can use another vacuum to pick it up. To add insult to injury that fact that I have to reach my hand into the vacuum dirt container to put it in the garbage is ridiculous. I get that now they have a compressor that can do this, but for the price it should already have that. I'm so disappointed in this vacuum and have now just been using my shark vacuum with a cord.

Very powerful and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite impressed with this LG A900GM cordless vacuum cleaner. Its handy and effective in doing heavy duty cleaning. I have other vacuum cleaner hence I can make a comparison. My other vacuum is also good but does not do well on heavy cleaning but this one clearly makes the difference. It lifts easily dust, food particles from the carpet, rug, hard surface. I am quite pleased. Its easy to maneuver not tricky. I use it everyday for everyday cleaning as well for deep cleaning. It has made cleaning job easy for me. I surely recommend this vacuum.

Great vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Cordless vacuum is great. It’s straightforward and easy to assemble right out of the box. One of the great things is that it comes with a freestanding stand that doesn’t have to be drilled into the wall for support. The front has a The main body of the vacuum is very lightweight and has a nice grip so it doesn’t feel awkward in the hand. The suction power is very good and there is a turbo option for deeper messes. It works equally well on carpet and wood which is exactly what I needed. The trash compartment is simple to empty and clean too. Even the filter area can be washed to make cleaning easy. If you’re looking for a cordless vacuum, this one is lightweight and effective.

Works great, but part of it already broke
Suction was actually pretty decent as long as it was emptied out after each use and the filters were kept cleaned. Cordless vacuums tend to struggle with suction, but I had no issues with this one. I loved the different modes. Turbo mode works the best, but is a bit too strong for some of my rugs, so it was nice to have an option for weaker suction. Overall, I have really enjoyed this vacuum. Sadly, after having this for less than 6 months, the telescopic head broke, making it only useful as a handheld vacuum with the smaller attachments. As pricy as this is, I was really disappointed for it to break so quickly and expected it to hold up better.

ONLY GOOD FOR DUST & ANIMAL FUR
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this vacuum exactly one year ago. For animal fur and dust it is great, but it has never picked up a piece of kitty food or tracked litter. It just scoots it around on the hardwood floors and tile floors. I tried to see if there was a way to set the height, but I couldn't locate any information on that, so I still have to sweep hard floors and use large bulky vacuum on rugs & carpets. If there is a way to adjust the height of the floor brush, please advise and I'll happily change the review after it picks up more than the microscopic stuff.

Was a great buy
I bough this vacuum on 11/27/2021. It was a great vacuum for a few months. I registered it the same day I bought it. First. Nowhere in the registration process did it tell me I'd need the receipt to get it serviced. Second, the head began to make a noise about the end of Jan and is getting worse. I will have to buy a new head because I no longer have the receipt. What started out as a great buy went south quick. I could have bought something less expensive and probably would have lasted longer.
