There’s nothing quite like working (and playing) on an ultra-wide curved monitor, and this is one of the best we’ve seen.
Beautiful QHD display, Fetching design, Impressive 'Dynamic Action Sync' mode
No G-Sync support, Limited to 75Hz refresh rate
I'm a software developer, and this display is the perfect solution to the two-monitor dilemma - that you need extra space, but also want your most intensive work to be directly in front of you, where monitor bezels are in the way. It's fantastic. Rock solid.
I bought this to have a more productive workspace...it's all that I expected and more...this monitor is nothing short of awesomesauce...the sound is surprisingly really crisp as well.
Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
This is a great display at a great price. If you're looking for something to replace 2 monitors that is crisp, bright and color accurate -- this is for you.
Pixel density is perfect for the size of the display. I worried about going to a 4K display since many Windows apps can't scale properly to the higher density. I learned this lesson with the Surface Pro 3 -- you don't want a super-high res screen if it's too physically small.
The stand doesn't allow you to rotate the display. Honestly though -- common sense would tell you that is impractical as the display is 34" wide -- the stand would have to be absurdly tall for that to work.
Great price for an awesome curved screen ultra-wide monitor. It fits perfectly under cabinet in the corner of my little cubicle--giving me plenty of real estate for multiple programs on screen.
This monitor has image retention problems. I noticed it after the 1 year warranty, so now I am stuck with the monitor that has burnt in images all the time. My other monitors do not do this and for the price, I expect this one not to either.
I'm not an expert in monitors obviously, but this is the best one I got so far. I used to have Hanns-G, Samsung, NEC,
- Colors are wonderfull
- A bit pricey
image retention problems after about a year
Purchased as a "NEW" item off Ebay. Ended up being a refurb that LG had passed to dealer as new. Hoping it lasts. Great monitor so far.
nothing compares to the quality!
This monitor has a short warranty and the monitor has an annoying burn in to the screen.
