I bought this monitor to make editing video in Premiere Pro easier and it's done exactly that. I was able to link this monitor with another widescreen LG monitor and essentially create a giant timeline that I can easily work in.
Excelent monitor so far. Took me a little bit to dial in the color settings to what I was used to on my previous monitor, but the interface is pretty easy to work with. Though the monitor does wiggle a little bit when I start to type fast that might be related to my desk, Overall I'm happy with it,
This is my second ultrawide monitor. My first was 25". This is much larger, and worth the extra ~$100. Ultrawide is by far the best monitor format. Movies and games are incredible, and 16:9 content is displayed as a 23" 16:9 monitor with black bars on the sides.
Outstanding ultra-wide LCD at a very affordable price. 2K @ 75Hz - HIGHLY recommend using a display port cable to get the full refresh rate and resolution out of this LCD. Deep, rich blacks and vivid, detailed color make this monitor amazing for Adobe Mastersuite products.
clear display, easy set up, drivers are easy to install and the programs are easy to use. My only complaint is that mine does not rotate 90 degrees as it should, but I see the issue and it is an easy fix. The metal pin on the swivel needs dremeled down as it's too big. Other than that, great product
Excellent for business purposes! I use the screen with a Displayport cable, and the image is great. I use it for statistical analysis primarily, so the extra real estate has been wonderful.
Display is clear and bright. I play Guildwars 2 on it as well as watching movies. Some movies are not formatted for 21:9, but many are. I also split the screen with Windows 10 functionality when I need to use the extra real estate and have no issues..
What they don't tell you is there is no Windows 7 driver, so you can only have a stretched screen at 1920x1080 which looks absolutely terrible.
I purchased it to use as a second monitor for particular software applications, and so far I'm very happy that I did. Super easy to set up, and the images are quite sharp and beautiful.
Bought this for gaming and love it. The extra width allows me to keep a bunch of chat and inventory type windows open while playing. Color and brightness are great for a monitor at this price point. I'd call it a bargain.
