Excelent monitor so far. Took me a little bit to dial in the color settings to what I was used to on my previous monitor, but the interface is pretty easy to work with. Though the monitor does wiggle a little bit when I start to type fast that might be related to my desk, Overall I'm happy with it,
This is my second ultrawide monitor. My first was 25". This is much larger, and worth the extra ~$100. Ultrawide is by far the best monitor format. Movies and games are incredible, and 16:9 content is displayed as a 23" 16:9 monitor with black bars on the sides.
Outstanding ultra-wide LCD at a very affordable price. 2K @ 75Hz - HIGHLY recommend using a display port cable to get the full refresh rate and resolution out of this LCD. Deep, rich blacks and vivid, detailed color make this monitor amazing for Adobe Mastersuite products.
clear display, easy set up, drivers are easy to install and the programs are easy to use. My only complaint is that mine does not rotate 90 degrees as it should, but I see the issue and it is an easy fix. The metal pin on the swivel needs dremeled down as it's too big. Other than that, great product
Excellent for business purposes! I use the screen with a Displayport cable, and the image is great. I use it for statistical analysis primarily, so the extra real estate has been wonderful.
What they don't tell you is there is no Windows 7 driver, so you can only have a stretched screen at 1920x1080 which looks absolutely terrible.
Bought this for gaming and love it. The extra width allows me to keep a bunch of chat and inventory type windows open while playing. Color and brightness are great for a monitor at this price point. I'd call it a bargain.
This 2560x1080px monitor replaces a 12-year old 1920x1200px Apple monitor. In addition to a wider screen, I was looking for improved clarity and color rendition as the old monitor was tending toward magenta. This new LG is almost perfect for my needs as a programmer.
The 29" ultra wide aspect ratio doesn't work well, far too narrow to be useful.
No complaints at all here. Great colors, viewing angles and build quality. Great IPS bang-for-your-buck panel. Strongly recommend this bad boy.
