The LG gram 13 is a featherlight midrange laptop that won't kill your budget. A competent performer, it's worth considering if you value portability and battery life above all else.
Incredibly light. Display is clear and crisp. Varied port selection. More than 12 hours of battery life.
Build verges on flimsy. A bit slower than its contemporaries. So-so keyboard.
Thanks to some helpful extras, a slim, lightweight design and double-digit battery life, the LG Gram makes a fine everyday, all-day travelling companion.
The unassuming LG Gram is impressively light and has a long battery life. Enough connections and ports to satisfy business users and a fingerprint reader for extra security built into the touchpad. It's available with or without a touchscreen.
Despite many fine qualities, its appearance is pretty uninspiring and while the lightweight chassis is appreciated, the Gram feels flimsy compared to aluminum. Poorly placed web cam shoots upward at an awkward angle. USB-C port doesn't support Thunderbolt 3.
The Gram 13Z970’s price point and excellent feature set make it a strong value. If it looked the part, we’d have an even harder time putting it down.
Super-light design, Touch display included at competitive price, Comfortable keyboard and touch pad, Built-in fingerprint reader, Over 15 hours of battery life, in our testing
Design could look more upscale, given the materials, Awkward Webcam location, Poor speakers
The LG gram 13Z950 doesn’t look or feel like any 13-inch laptop you’ve ever handled before. It’s far smaller and thinner than most competitors in the category, and as mentioned, it weighs just a tad more than two pounds.
Carry your computer everywhere? LG’s new light laptop was made for you
Very lightweight, yet heavy enough not to be pushed around as you type with a screen that seems so much more legible than an 11.6" unit. I added a microsd 200GB memory for storing data (never store it on internal drive).
I ordered Lenovo's lop top recently but returned it due to many reason especially monitor problem (Blinking in three day after purchase). Since I returned Lenovo laptop, I searched several days.
Light weight, good size screen, lit keyboard, quality color screen display. Great laptop, very happy with purchase.
The LG Gram is a beautiful, light, delightful laptop that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This is for two main reasons: The poor quality of the speakers, and the insane positioning of the webcam. Let's start with the good: This thing is light. It's super portable. The touch screen is great.
USB Type-C port doesn't work. I use Anker USB Type-C car charger and LG USB Type-C to Type-C cable. When plugged into the port, the port doesn't detect the cable. The laptop shows its running on battery. I still give it a 5 stars. No other laptop like it.
I’m quite impressed with the LG Gram. This laptop is as light as a feather and has a beautiful touch screen and unreal battery life. I’ve been unable to run the battery dry in a single day.
Have had this machine for a month now and quite impressed. Upgraded ram to 16GB by simply unscrewing the back (screws under rubber legs) and inserting a ddr4 stick into an empty slot sitting right under the back cover. I think 16GB total is the max however and it does make the machine fly..
I bought two of LG gram, i7 14"; both are working good and meet our expectation.
This laptop is amazing for the price, but the batery dont las very long about 3.5h
Works great. And is fast. And is light enough for handicapped person.
