This sub has added a dimension to my set up I'd not originally had. I have had sets of speakers that have 15" woofers that could rock the house. But this is different. It's reaching low frequencies that the bigger, all in one speakers couldn't and it's a dimension I didn't know I needed!

No cons. Just be prepared to make all the adjustments you should to your receiver and that or initial impressions may be mixed. Once set up right, it's really incredible

Bought this Subwoofer during Klipsch's 50% off sale and have to say that there isn't anything better sounding for the money. Drastically improved the sound of my home theater, now I just need to replace the rest of the speakers with Klipsch.

Sounds great! Klipsch subwoofer is the perfect addition to my Paradigm sound bar, just make sure to have several feet of separation.

I got this to use as the sub for a 2.1 setup in my new house, and I am absolutely blown away. I paired it with two Polk OWM5 mains, and a Klipsch power gate amp. I have has several subs in my day, and this was the cheapest price, and by far the best sound I have ever had.

I would not consider myself an audiophile as I won't pay for a 5 digit system but I have a fairly good ear. I sing in a choir and play the piano. My home theater sits in my great room (combination kitchen.family room) which is 40 x 15.

Great sound, and having the capability to adjust the volume on the back of the unit.

Arrived and packed well. Easy to upload into our stereo system. Use it both for music (and is awesome at over 80dbls) and TV Sports. Only thing is with the difference in music and TV you do have to sometimes have to change the settings. Not Klipsch issue, but just be aware.

I recently purchased this R-100SW to replace a Yamaha 8", and is tied into my Denon AVR S-910W, with attached Klipsch R-15M and R-15C speakers. The surrounds are of another mfg, having hardware mtg.

Had to replace an older Polk Audio subwoofer that finally failed. the new Klipsch R-120 just looked cool so had to try. WOW! The deep bass is crazy! The rubber feet is a nice touch on hard floors or carpet and I LOVE the way it looks without the grille.

First thing's first, contrary to what I've seen said this sub-woofer is definitely NOT what I'd call "small" or "compact". It's a fairly big sized woofer that I was almost afraid would be too small until I got it.
