Updated my Polk with this one today and listened to cds and just got done watching Star Trek Beyond. Omg super clear sound and a good tight one too. Now my Polk audio 20 year old towers need to be replaced with the 8000. That is the only draw back, money!
I purchased this Center Channel Speaker to replace a smaller and older Klipsch center channel speaker in my home theater. Beautiful sound. I also purchased a new 4K UHD player to replace an older regular Blue Ray player so I can hear the latest full 7.1 surround sound like never before.
Awesome speaker. Using with vintage JBL GHE1000v bi-amped towers and am very happy how the 450c compliments my system.
Sounds as good as it looks! Couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. The only thing is that I should've got it sooner! I have it paired with Reference Premiere dual 8” towers along with the new and improved spl150 and spl120 bass cannons.
The center channel is the center of a home theater system, no pun intended. I always knew this but didn't realize how much until I hooked this up. I had an r25c before this, and the difference is night and day. Volume, clarity, looks. Everything about this speaker trumps my old center.
Wonderful full sound compare to my old center speaker. Definitely more clarity. Great speaker for the money. Can’t go wrong
Upgraded my R52C to this monster and wow I’m blown away. Huge improvement. It’s a tank also. That’s a 60lb tv on top of it. I’d like to upgrade my towers to RP-8000F’s soon. I’d like to review those as well. Don’t hesitate. Buy this beast! You won’t be disappointed!
Huge full body sound paired with an amazing aesthetics. Can be admired for hours and hours on end
Found out the hard way. Should have done my research on center channel importance first. This Klipsch is far better than my Polk unit. Polk was good but not as good as this Klipsch but then the Klipsch was almost 4x the price. The Klipsch is more impactful, clearer and powerful.
The speaker is massive. Be prepared for that, but the quality is excellent. I am hearing frequencies and complexity in film soundtracks i have never heard before. The bass is a little too much, but if you pair it with a quality receiver, it can be mapped in perfectly.
