Updated my Polk with this one today and listened to cds and just got done watching Star Trek Beyond. Omg super clear sound and a good tight one too. Now my Polk audio 20 year old towers need to be replaced with the 8000. That is the only draw back, money!
This is a heavy center speaker and sounds great in surround mode 7.2 channels through my Yamaha RXV 685 receiver. Klipsch RP-450c has crisp vocals and full ambient sounds from center channel spearker. Sound is enhanced when paired with Klipsch R-625FA front tower speaker I purchased 3 yr ago.
Sounds as good as it looks! Couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. The only thing is that I should've got it sooner! I have it paired with Reference Premiere dual 8” towers along with the new and improved spl150 and spl120 bass cannons.
First off in no audiophile I do love music and movies. I decided to update my home theater system after 10 years, This was my first piece of the new system that came in, so I couldn't wait to hook it up old Sony 820 amp. I was so impressed I was wondering if I still needed the rest of the system.
Wonderful full sound compare to my old center speaker. Definitely more clarity. Great speaker for the money. Can’t go wrong
This is an older model from the RP line, but it is still an amazing speaker and at the current price an outstanding value. I added it to my system because my old yamaha center channel was a bit weak, and wow. The clarity of dialogue increased way more than I expected.
Ok...the price was right on this center speaker. But I'm over here laughing because this beast is HUGE! It's wider than our Mantle. . Guess I didn't pay attention to the dimensions. Overall, I give it 5 stars compared to my Polk Elite. You won't be disappointed.
Huge full body sound paired with an amazing aesthetics. Can be admired for hours and hours on end
I was looking for a new center that would bring clear dialogue and an exciting theater like experience. I purchased three Klipsch centers, the R34C, the RP-504C-ii, and this RP-450C. The 34C was great for its size but the 450C was clearly better, so I ruled out the 34C.
Much better sound than my old Klipsch. Paired with a Denon x3800 and it sounds very clear, especially dialog.
