It's my first Klipsch, the Sound is so good that i bought me the complete System R-110 sw/R-15m /R-25c/R-14s for my little Home Theater. I am very happy with this speaker.
Attractive, Durable, Good Audio
I am sorry but the travo makes low noise
This sub is a monster.... But there is a huming sound all the time which is annoying and with it a front facing port there is port noise when the bass hits, also annoying but this thing shakes the whole house.
I have this paired with a set of 160m bookshelves, 250c front and 240s surrounds. I live in an apartment and don't want to be "that guy" with the loud sound system, so I have this sub turned really low, around 30% for a 100sq ft living room and -6.5db on the receiver and it is more than enough.
Great sub-woofer; our old Boston Acoustic finally died after 10 years and opted for this after reading reviews; no regrets as it looks and works flawlessly.
Originally picked up 2 R-110SW to replace an older Yamaha sub and a Klipsch sub. They were great, but then wanted a bit more so grabbed another 2 a few months down the road. With the 4 of them, the output is quite nice and their size is another factor that I like.
So far (ok, three days) this has really made a big difference in my listening enjoyment. I use it with a pair of Klipsch RP150M as my front speakers in my home theater/listening set up. The biggest surprise is the difference that it makes at low to moderate listening levels.
Added this subwoofer to my R-15pm speakers (an excellent product as well) for my home office. Once I dialed in the gain, these match seamlessly with the bookshelf speaker. Fantastic sound even at very low volumes. It of course is great when you crank things up too.
Klipsch. Hard to go wrong with this brand. Bought as replacement for dead woofer. It is paired with an Onkyo receiver and Infinity towers. Also bought a Klipsch center channel speaker. Subwoofer is amazing. What a difference it has made. Bass is tight, powerful with no distortion.
I recently had to replace my sub after almost 20years with my paradigm powered down draft sub. I picked this up and it really compliments my other components. I have M&K center and rears and reference paradigm fronts and now added this r-110sw and it just sounds amazing.
Simply amazing sub-woofer ,the bass is deep and crisp with no distortions at all.It shakes the whole house,it will be a nightmare to your neighbors, sounds great with my Bose acoustimass 10,highly recommended if you want to add a sub to your system
